Lagoon View/Ground Floor/Near Harbour Town - Racquet Club Villas

This villa is on the ground floor with a spectacular lagoon view. You'll be minutes from the Harbour Town Golf Course, home of the PGA Heritage Golf Classic each April.

This villa is great for a couples. The living/dining room opens onto a private patio overlooking the grounds and lagoon. The bedroom is furnished with a King bed, flat screen television (Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more) and has access to the bathroom in the hallway.

Located near the exclusive Harbour Town area. This well furnished villa is a Tennis Player's dream. There are 4 clay tennis courts (no cost for guests) and a swimming pool on site.

New decor, recent furniture upgrades, two flat TVs, well equipped and easy walking distance to Harbour Town shopping and dining.

Sea Pines is a gated community. The beach is a short bike ride away and Sea Pines offers over 20 miles of bike trails.

Nesting night herons, cormorants, great blue herons, alligators, turtles, deer, raccoons and many other species of wildlife can be spotted while enjoying a drink on the back patio. At night listen for the jumping fish in the lagoon.

Take in the beauty of the plantation on a bike or ride the free trolley to the Beach Club and many other stops. The trolley stops right in front of the villa. Countless other services and activities are offered within the plantation or are an easy drive away.

Beautiful condo that is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. I loved all of the miniature shampoos, lotions, make up removal wipes, mouthwash, etc baskets in the bathroom closet. I even found a emory board that I needed! Convenient to Harbor Town...perfect location for us!

Perfect RBC getaway and more!

We checked in on the Saturday of the RBC and entering into Sea Pines was a challenge, but Mitch went above and beyond to make sure we were able to arrive to the townhouse without issues. After arriving, we found the place to be super clean and true to photos. I loved the convenience of being able to walk to the golf tournament and also Low Country Produce (our favorite breakfast place). Everything was perfectly stocked and the bed was super comfy. The back patio area was relaxing and a great place to enjoy a wind down glass of wine. I would 100% rent this townhouse again. Thank you Mitch for a great stay!

Great Home

We spent our 30th Anniversary in HHI. This home was very nice. When we walked in it smelled so clean. The home kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The bed was comfortable. It’s not a far bike ride to Harbor Town. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely consider staying here again when we visit HHI.

Perfection! Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I just stayed in Mitch’s wonderful property and wish we could give his place a higher rating than a 10/10. From the beginning of our booking, to the our departure, communication with Mitch was outstanding! We let him know that we would be arriving late and when we did, the lights were on welcoming us. The directions, door code, and departure information was so easy to understand and Mitch was readily available if we had any questions. The condo could not have been cleaner and there was not a single item not available for our use. So many thoughtful details were waiting for us to enjoy and to help make our stay special and memorable. We were on this vacation to celebrate our anniversary, and Mitch did everything he could to make our stay beautiful. Having a first floor unit was so helpful as we were able to store our bikes on the back porch and still have so much room to relax and look at the beautiful surroundings. We could not stop looking outside at God’s beautiful creation. So peaceful and relaxing. The location was perfect and so close to Harbor Town, the fantastic bike paths, and easy to access roads. We love to bike ride and we could not have chosen a more perfect location to do so. Hilton Head stole our hearts and staying in such a wonderful place made the trip one we will never forget. If we are blessed to be able to return to our new favorite destination, we would love to stay in Mitch’s beautiful place again.

Great sea pines location!

We loved staying here, the place was so clean. Perfect size for two people. Great communication with Mitch as well. First time in sea pines and we loved having the tennis courts as well as being so close to Harbour town. Will definitely be back

Great location and condo

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in beautiful Sea Pines. It was walking distance to Harbourtown and a short bike ride to the beach. It was nicely decorated, well stocked and was perfect for our week. There is a nice roomy closet which was handy. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. The owner was very helpful and friendly. It was nicely decorated too. We saw an alligator swim by and lots of birds.
