With sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests and a screened porch for relaxing, this rental is the perfect retreat. The outdoor living area boasts a grilling area, ideal for hosting a family barbecue. Located just minutes from the beach and Sea Pines amenities, this rental provides both convenience and relaxation.



The Space:

"I can’t recommend this lovely oasis highly enough. We loved that it’s on a cul-de-sac, not on the main road or a busy street - so it feels secluded and safe for kids. The only neighbors we heard were the local birds! We all enjoyed the screened in porch and the yard. The beds were supremely comfortable. We loved taking advantage of the nearby biking path. Feels like you’re in an enchanted forest with all the pretty greenery and Spanish moss. I’ve rented a lot of houses and condos but have never seen a kitchen so well stocked with quality cooking utensils and gadgets. There was even a salad spinner! We are already thinking about planning our next trip back here!" Michelle V.

Park the car and walk right through the front door into a lovely coastal ranch home with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family room, dining area, eat-in kitchen, laundry room, and access to the expansive screened porch, outdoor living area and grilling space. The primary bedroom features a king bed and en suite with vessel sinks and gorgeous walk-in shower, plus sliders to the outdoor living area. Bedroom 2 also provides comfy sleeping with a king bed and has access to the guest bath with shower/tub combination. The kids will enjoy the full-size bunk beds in bedroom 3! The owner even provides a pack-n-play, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella!



As a guest of 4 Pine Court, you will enjoy access to the private neighborhood pool from April 15 – October 15 (not heated), Sea Pines Beach Club, play area for the kids, tennis and pickleball, bike and walking trails, and all the amenities Sea Pines has to offer. Are you a golfer? Harbour Town Golf Links, home to the PGA tour event RBC Heritage is a brief stroll from your front door! South Beach Marina Village is only five minutes away by car. Sea Pines Center and Harbour Town, the jewel of Hilton Head Island, is not much more than a stroll away. Here you'll find interesting boutiques and restaurants, beautiful boats, and live music. We really enjoyed our stay. The house fit a family of 4 with teenagers well! The management company did a really great job of having everything there we needed and more-we have stayed at alot if places in Hilton Head over the years and this one was one of the best!.They were extremely communicative and helpful and the location of the home was perfect!

Fun family getaway

As a family of 7, we comfortably fit in this 3br home. The queen bunkbeds were fabulous for the littles, and the small house out front to wash sand off was a great touch! Having access to the community pool was fabulous and the location made everything super easy! We will absolutely be back :).

Terrific home

We have stayed in Hilton Head for many decades, but this may be the nicest property we have stayed in. Perfect for our month visit, had everything we needed, responsive staff, and the neighbors were all very friendly. The only sad aspect of our trip is that the property was already booked for 2025, before we even left, and I was not able to reserve for next year.

Absolutely amazing!

Absolutely amazing! Everything we needed was less than 5 mins away; the beach, the supermarket (Publix), restaurants, etc. The check in process was very smooth… my children thoroughly enjoyed. A Beautiful Get Away!

We had a great stay here! The house is beautiful, clean and SO spacious. The attention to detail is excellent - UBB ports on bedside tables, make up towels, there is also a high chair and pack and play in one of the storage cupboards, if needed. Close to Sea Pines Beach Club and Harbor Town. If you are beach goers, there aren’t any beach chairs etc so you may need to bring your own. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time in Hilton Head on Pine Court! Pros: great space with ample seating, 2 beach chairs umbrella available, the screen porch, plenty of dishes and cookware (we even found some plastic for the kids to use), spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms both w a shower, 3 mins from the beach, great location. Host2coast was great to work with, very responsive and helpful. Cons: really the only one was the primary bed was very uncomfortable - we are not picky bed people either but it was hard to fall asleep and we woke up w stiff backs. My only other feedback would be a map of the area with directions to the pool and how to access the beach. We figured it all out but would have been nice having that available to reference.Overall we felt at home and would likely come back to this same unit! Thank you for sharing your space :).

4 Pine Ct was a perfect location for our family vacation. The beach 🏖️ and Harbour Town were both a short bike ride away. The property was clean and provided everything we needed. We were truly impressed with the property management company Host 2 Coast. They go above and beyond any other hosting company we have experienced. The extra touches make a difference. A fresh flower 🌸 and scented body oil from a local business are a few of the extras that made us smile. Also, they provided the same quality products that we use at home. We will be back next year.

This home is a gem in Sea Pines. We were impressed by the open and comfortable layout. The space felt even more spacious and welcoming than the photos had suggested. Everything was clean, well-appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen utensils to bathroom essentials.The location was great—just a short bike ride to the beach, Sea Pines Center, and Harbour Town. We loved the convenience of being able to bike to Harbour Town, the stables, and even South Beach. The included bikes, beach umbrella, and chairs were in great condition and made our outings even more enjoyable.The surrounding neighborhood was peaceful and relaxed, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. We also appreciated the nearby community amenities like the pool, basketball court, and tennis courts. This home made an excellent home base for island biking, allowing us to easily reach just about anywhere in Sea Pines.The home offered great value. We would absolutely stay again and I recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located stay in Sea Pines.

Where do we begin? WONDERFUL! This beautiful home was well equipped from kitchen appliances and dishware to soaps in the bathrooms, towels even games. Property was very clean, beautifully updated and just as advertised. Morning coffee on the screened-in back porch was one of our favorite daily routines. Location in Sea Pines was absolutely perfect with quick access to the beach and Sea Pines Beach Club. We have rented vacation properties all over the country and I have to say, this property was one of our favorites with Host2Coast being one of the best management companies we have worked with. Their communication was incredible and was always very helpful with any questions we had. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. The professionalism and personal approach of Host2Coast throughout the entire process was stellar. Vanessa was so good at calming our concerns when our check in was delayed due to heavy traffic. She even followed up with us to ensure we got in the home okay and to see if we needed anything. If there was anything negative we had to say about this property was that the mattresses were pretty firm. Although mattresses are a preference, it wouldn't prevent us from renting this wonderful property again. Host2Coast will be our go-to service for HHI vacation properties in the future. Great Home in Sea Pines

We come twice a year and usually stat in Sea Pines. This house has a nice layout and is decorated with a nice beach house vibe. We had 2 small issues. #1 were the large group of staying at the home.nexr door.wh oh we had to call security twice around 1am because they were loud/obnoxious and the master bedroom is next to their patio, and we couldn't sleep. #2 is we didn't have access to the pool because the pool keys were missing. I contacted the property management company on Sunday and someone did calle back Monday and said they possibly find another key and bring it over later that morning, but we were going to be out for the day and I said not to worry about getting us one right away, but we would like to have it by midweek. She said that was great and she'd see what she can find and get back to me, but we never heard back. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next visit

Water Heater was a Champ

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and well stocked. Water heater was able to handle six showers in less than an hour with no issue. The only issue we had is Sea Pines doesn’t seem to treat rental guests with the same level of respect as owners or those renting directly from Sea Pines. If you can’t bike or walk longer distances then you are effectively limited to what you can access and Sea Pines is happy to tell you what you don’t have the same rights to. H2C was great and the property was awesome- private community pool is great as well. A map to the GWF amenities would be good to add. If you have small kids- bring plastic plates and cups, as those aren’t available.

Wonderful stay

Perfect Home

Everything was perfect. The house was very well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. We had so much fun hanging out in the lovely great area and we can’t wait to stay again!

Good Location in Sea PInes

Had a nice stay at this rental - good location within Sea Pines, bikeable to the beach and beach club. Cute neighborhood - home within cul-de-sac street. Easy access to other parts of Sea Pines from this location.

2022 vaca

Overall we had a wonderful time. The communication was awesome. The house was very clean and so cute. It was our first time to HHI so we didn’t know what to expect. The only thing we would have liked was more tips and tricks to navigating sea pines as first timers. But otherwise, this property and our overall experience was wonderful.

Peaceful space!

Even though we didn’t have the best weather this week, we had a great time. The house has everything you need and a neat layout with plenty of space. My younger daughter loved the bunk beds in the front bedroom and my older one enjoyed a king sized bed. Perfect location short ride to both the beach and Harbor Town. Great having access to the pool as well. Will most definitely be back!
