DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES - OWNER WILL RIP YOU OFF.
The location is in more of a working area of town instead of a visitor/tourist area, not a big deal.
But, shortly after our arrival, the owner began messaging me to Venmo or Cashapp them money for the pet fee. I checked my invoice and confirmed the pet fee was already paid in the VRBO invoice. The owner than began insisting that I pay them for the pet fee. I reported them to VRBO for trying to get me to pay money outside of the VRBO system. The owner was told by VRBO to stop that so they then tacked on additional pet fee to the reservation while continuing to message me (becoming harrassment at this point) insisting the fee had not been paid. I sent them screenshots confirming it had been paid. I confirmed with VRBO that it had been paid already.
The owner continued to harrass me to pay the additional fee and the matter has now been escalated to a higher level of VRBO tech support.
I cannot imagine how many people have not paid attention to their invoices and succumbed to this owner fraudulently extracting cash via Venmo to them.
Stay here at your own risk from a fraudster owner!!!
