With decks off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 521 enjoy panoramic views of the ocean, the oceanfront pool and grilling area. 5th floor oceanfront condo sleeps 6 people comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, two doubles in bedroom 2, and a living room sleeper sofa. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

The view of the ocean as you walked into the condo was amazing! The condo itself was bright and very spacious! It was also clean and well equipped. The host was great in communicating about the rental. It was a short distance to Coligny Square, where there were many restaurants. Other good restaurants were only minutes away. Would definitely stay there again!

Very nice! Super location. Beautiful grounds. Patio doors didn’t really lock and could be cleaner but I’m a stickler for the little details. Piled sheets and dust was present. We really enjoyed it and were shocked by all the wildlife, like the deer! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

This was our first time to Hilton Head. The Condo and the beach were beautiful. Great location! Unfortunately, hurricane Debby showed up and we had to cut our trip short. We will definitely be back and try this again!

This was a well equipped property. Had everything you needed in the kitchen to cook a full meal. The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous, looks like nothing in the kitchen has ever been used before as far as the appliances. They did a really good job doing the upgrades on the condo. It looks like Everything was recently updated and brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had no issues finding extra blankets, towels, sheets, pillows. We also were impressed with the views and The condo being in close proximity to a lot of park areas. It was also nice that the condo had a closet that was pretty much filled with beach supplies just in case you forgot anything. It’s always nice just to have extra access to items that you might have forgotten. Had zero issues checking in, had to leave early due to the hurricane that was headed our way. However, we did enjoy our stay.

Wonderful experience!

This was a beautiful property! We hesitated booking this condo because it was on the 1st floor but this ended up being one of our favorite features! We loved walking off the balcony to go to the beach or pool! We also loved all the bunnies that we got to see up close each morning and night! We would highly recommend this condo!!! We would have loved to have a key to the lock on the back deck!!

Great stay

First time visiting Hilton Head Island and it did not disappoint. While we didn’t spend much time on the beach, the view was amazing! We celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday bicycling the many paths, eating good food, visiting the lighthouse at Harbortown, and a friendly game of putt putt. We will be back.

We had a wonderful time. Loved the top floor location, sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean and listening to the sound of the waves as well as walking and biking the beach. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Very enjoyable.

Lovely Condo

The location of the condo is wonderful. So close to walk to shops and restaurants. The view is amazing! We enjoyed many sunrises. The updates on the condo make it very comfortable and enjoyable. The second bedroom bathroom could use some updating. The fan didn't work, the shower head could be replaced and it needs a new curtain liner. This, however, wouldn't stop us from renting it again. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

Great Weekend Getaway

The property was right on the ocean with a short walk to the private beach. It was the perfect place to sit on the balcony and enjoy the morning sunrise and the crashing waves throughout the trip. It was chilly most of the trip so we drove most places, but the property was in walking distance or bike riding distance of Sea Pines, Coligny Park, and just about anything else you wanted to do. If we do Hilton Head again we would stay here if available.

Our family of 4 were thrilled with this condo. It was well furnished, very clean with an absolutely beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Great kitchen. Large TV's in living room and both bedrooms were great. All-in-all a great vacation in this beautiful place.
