We love the easy access to all things on the island. This home is steps from the beach, on a quiet and peaceful street at the end of the main road, yet a bike ride from Coligny shops. We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated and that was money well spent in December. We enjoyed daily pool and hot tub time. The home is spacious and provided more than enough comfortable sleeping for 2 adult couples and 7 adult kids. The kitchen is also well stocked with spices, tools and refrigerator space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 1 Capri Lane and look forward to our next visit to HHI!

This home was the perfect location for our extended family mini vacation. The home was spotless and well organized. The property manager paid us a visit shortly after check in to make sure we knew where everything was. We had 8 adults and 6 children in our party. There was plenty of room and plenty of privacy. Enjoyed a great vacation with multi families staying on property. Pool and deck size were perfect for our group and we utilized the pool day and night when not at the beach. Short walk to beach access on a less crowded location in the Coligny Plaza area.

This home was perfect for my family of 15, ages 12 to 82! The clean home is well equipped with all the kitchen and beach supplies that you will need. We all loved that each bedroom had its’ own bathroom. Linda was very helpful with a minor problem we had upon arrival. I appreciated the elevator after two recent knee replacements!

We are a group of 12 women who have been vacationing together for the last 35 years. This is the only place that we have ever returned to. The location, house layout, pool, beach access etc. cannot be beat. Owner and property manager are easy to work with when needed. Highly recommend!!

We have stated many places at Hilton Head we really liked the house it was laid out nice and very family friendly. Great access to the beach and the bike ride to the shops and a restaurant without have to drive was wonderful. The communication with the manager was great. She was very friendly would stay again . Awesome Family Vacation

We loved this house. We used every room and everyone was very comfortable. The pool, spa, and deck were used every day and there were daily beach visits as well. It's the perfect beach for a walk. We dined in most of the time and were happy with all the kitchen had to offer. The dining room table accommodated 10 very comfortably, but we fit 13 adults one evening. The weather was gorgeous!

Jim was very easy to contact, answer questions and make a quick repair. Property is absolutely beautiful and close to beach. Lots of beach toys. Very roomy for our 5 married kids and their kids. We heated the pool and were thankful since there were cool nights. Kitchen is well stocked (even with spices). Refrigerator in basement very helpful. Basement also helpful for 8-11 year old boys to play. Overall beautiful and well maintained. Close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Would certainly enjoy staying again.

Multigenerational family trip

The property was great for the entire family from grandparents, adult children and grandkids. The property was everything that was posted and the pictures were accurate. We were there for an entire week and our stay at 1 Capri Lane . The living space was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool area was definitely the hang out area from sun up to sun down. The ocean was so close in proximity so we were back and forth multiple times a day. The only thing for sleeping that would have made it better was better shades on the bedroom windows. Our family of 16 would recommend this property for everyone.

Fantastic Home

There were 13 of us - 8 adults and 5 children. There was plenty of room for all. The kitchen is very well stocked, the linens were a nice quality and the decor was beachy and lovely. There were extra beach chairs and the second refrigerator was a bonus! The kids enjoyed the ping pong table downstairs. It is a short, easy walk to the beach. The property manager was very attentive and we received a nice welcome note from the owner. There was plenty of room for family games and loads of dining seats at the bar, round table and long table. The pool area was very nice with lounge chairs. We all really enjoyed our time here and will be back next year!

Beautiful home in perfect location!!

We loved our stay at 1 Capri Lane! The home was perfect for our group and we had lots of room for us all, since we were multi-generational. My mother-in-law loved having the elevator so she did not need to navigate the stairs. The kitchen was well-equipped and we loved that since we actually like to eat in meals often. Also, the living space was comfortable and we especially loved the screen porch area. The walk to the beach was perfect and so easy and that was our favorite part! Having the wagon there to use was a huge help for carrying our beach supplies to and from. Also, Jim was super responsive to all of our questions, so that was wonderful! Overall, the accommodations and location were perfect for our needs and we had a great time! Hope to return to 1 Capri Lane again!

Relaxing stay in quiet location near the beach

Our group of 13 found this home to be very comfortable for the 5 family groups who came together for a great vacation on an island we've been to many times before. Spacious accommodations, nice pool and spa, the elevator made it easier to haul suitcases up a couple of flights, and the short walk to the beach was popular for all.

Wonderful week in a wonderful home

This home was wonderful, from the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms to the kitchen and family room where we had plenty of room to gather all together. The pool was just right after a day at the beach when the kids just wanted an little extra water time without the sand and mess. It was comfortable and cool and the mosquito proof screened porch was perfect when the bugs came out in the evenings. We loved it.

Amazing Family Vacation

This home was in a great location and very well maintained. Plenty of room for our family of 14. Everything was 100 accurate on the listing and close to everything you needed and wanted to do. We would surely recommend this home to anyone. This home treated our family to a very memorable vacation.

Family Spring Break

Wonderful week with many walks on the beach. Weather good have been better though finished with a magnificent beach day. Kids loved the spa. Very well appointed kitchen which was much appreciated.
