Enjoy this terrific beach house in a great location, only a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Grab your coffee cup and sit on the beach to watch the sunrise or bring your bottle of wine to enjoy the cool evening breezes! Come enjoy the large spacious floor plan, perfect for your group to have a great beach vacation. This 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath house comfortably sleeps 13 guests with a large deck overlooking a 15'X30' pool (heat additional ). Fenced in yard. Large kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone. Light and Airy Family Room with cozy couches, large tv, PS3, DVD, 500MB Superfast Wifi , Roku and Hulu live streaming. Borrow a Boogie Board, Beach Chair or Game to enjoy time on the beach while relaxing at night with a board game or family movie. Walk out the back gate to the beach path and relax on the stunningly beautiful, quiet beach. Enjoy all of Sea Pines many amenities including Golf, Tennis, Boating, Fishing, Nature Preserve, Stables, and over 15 miles of Bike Trails. There are lots of great restaurants close by as well as plenty of excursions for the adventurous type. This is the place where you can choose to be active or just relax, it's all your choice.

Pool heat is available for $600 (May-Sept) $800(April & October) and $1000 (November-March)plus tax.

We welcome one dog with applicable pet fee.

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday during the summer season.
No Towed Boats or Electric Bikes are allowed. Ring Doorbell camera on front door.

Even though the weekend was rainy, the house provided ample space for the family to spread out and enjoy games and such. The pool was a huge hit with all the kids.! Would definitely stay again, Lori was a super host.

This property was amazing! My wife and I stayed with our 5 teenagers and there was plenty of room. The house was very clean, extremely well stocked and the pool was great. Even though we never met the host, we felt her hospitality throughout the experience. We would definitely rebook here.

Perfect Week

This was our first vacation as a family with two new granddaughters and the set up was perfect. Lots of comfy seating. Pretty much everything you need is provided. 200 yards to the beach. Quick bike ride to Harbor Town and South Beach. Pool is shaded late day which is great. Host was extremely available as was her local contact. We will be back.

Wonderful house!

Very comfortable house for 7 adult family members. Everything we could need for cooking was in the kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. Large screenTV in living room with comfortable seating for all. Enjoyed it immensely and hope to return.

Great Experience

Hudson South is one of the best homes that we have stayed at. First of all Lori had amazing communication and went above and beyond for us. The house has everything you need and it steps from the beach. We had children from 4-17 and they all had a great time. The children loved playing in the pool. We will hopefully be back soon!

Family Fall Break

House was just as listed. It is lovely and very welcoming and comfortable. Plenty of space inside and outside. The kitchen is well equipped. There are plenty of blankets for use in the family room. The bedrooms are all roomy and comfortable. We loved the pool outside and we enjoyed the easy and quick walk to the uncrowded beach! The home is in a great location to ride your bike and/or walk into South Beach/Salty Dog. Fun bike ride to Harbor Town and the nature preserve. Our family had a great week of winding down and relaxing together!

Lori’s house is wonderful! It is located very close to the beach and has a large pool. The house is very clean and comfortable and Lori is a great host! It is stocked with most everything you could want, including Ina Garten cookbooks! We would definitely return to stay again! Thank you Lori for sharing your lovely home with us!

Host was amazing!!! House was perfect. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need and extremely clean. Location perfect. Even though we were hit by Hurricane Debby we ended up with a few perfect beach days. My family had the best time. Lots of great memories.

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation

The house was perfect for our growing family and had ample rooms and comfortable bedding. The location to the beach has very easy access to get equipment and babies.. and walk the dogs on the beach. We were also happy that our dogs were allowed to spend the week with us! We enjoyed playing family games and watching TV in the large comfortable living room.. and is very bright and airy. Our gang enjoys working jigsaw puzzles and the family room table was perfect for that! The Kitchen is well stocked for preparing simple meals and gathering around a large dining table together. The back deck is nicely furnished to enjoy a meal or drinks under the patio lights. The pool is well kept and cleaned and we loved having the extra floats and beach umbrellas and chairs.The owner was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will be back for sure!

Great Property, Great Host

We had a great stay! The property was well described in the listing, and Lori was terrific host who went above and beyond. The proximity to the beach was terrific, esp as we had a couple of toddlers so getting to/from the beach always comes with a bit of an extra challenge. Would 100% book a stay here again!

Wonderful home, well maintained and comfortable. Well stocked as well—everything we needed was there. We had one little AC blip and it was handled within 2 hours! Great place—highly recommend!
