SeaPines Cheerful Pet Friendly Home by the Beach

Bright, open & airy home with lots of skylights. Great location inside Sea Pines - 1/2 mile to the beach featuring a roomy living room with tray ceiling, breakfast bar, a serene Carolina Room, updated baths, brand new flooring and much more. This home is pet friendly yet immaculately clean with uniform flooring throughout. Plenty of parking in the circle drive of this home in Lawton Woods.

As with all of our villas, two free bikes will be waiting when you arrive. Use them to explore the many wide bike paths going just about everywhere within SeaPines- You don't really need your car much for this vacation. Bring your pet and enjoy all the dog friendly businesses and parks. However please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

We provide a free family fitness pass Free tennis during the afternoons at South Beach, beach towels and chairs and free WIFI are also included.

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. For details and to register visit southbeachpool.com.

We had a great stay. The house was clean and as described in the listing. We liked that it was away from the busy streets but just a short bike ride to the trails to enjoy getting around Sea Pines.

Had everything we needed for our family of 6. The back patio area was a nice change of scenery when my husband made me too cold in the house. Master bedroom was nice with double vanity and large closet we shared. The other bedrooms were great sizes as well. Nice U shaped driveway was easy to park 3 cars. Nice shaded street to walk and you can even look out for alligators. We saw a few in the waters. Would stay again if visiting Sea Pines.

We had good time. See pine is very nice beautiful resort. Beach is very clean here. Good for family outing.House was very clean. Only need to update some linen and pillows. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had and were very nice. I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful and spacious beach house

This rental property was very lovely! Just under a mile to the private beach. There was plenty of room for family of 6 and two small dogs. Super nice to have all the necessary kitchen amenities and washer and dryer.
