Vaulted ceilings and large windows, make this home one of the most inviting you will find on the island. Enter to the spacious living room with three sofas, decorative fireplace, and smart TV. Just off this room is a kitchen that features all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and seating for 5 at the island bar. The dining room is to the right of the kitchen, and is furnished with a beautiful table for ten. Sliding glass doors from this room and the adjacent living room lead to a private pool area complete with spa, grill, room for outdoor dining and lounging with beautiful golf course views.

To the left of the entry is the first bedroom with twin beds and a smart TV. This bedroom will use the hall bath with a walk in shower. Just to the left of this room is the Master bedroom featuring a king bed, two side chairs, flat screen TV, French doors that lead to the patio and a private bath with standing shower and Jacuzzi tub. Across the home is the third bedroom with a king bed, smart TV and private bath with a standing shower.

On the second floor are 2 bedrooms, a den, and a small office nook. The first bedroom features a king bed, smart TV and private bath with standing shower. Through this room is a den with sleeper sofa, and smart TV. This room does have a door. The second bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, small balcony with chair and a private bath with standing shower and Jacuzzi tub. This beach home is the spot for those looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat.

*Pool heat available for additional fee. Spa jets don't work, so this is more like a hot tub. Pool heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.
