Open Floor Plan in this 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with walk-in shower, sleeps 4, full Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, Pull out Sofa in Living Room with a barn door between the bedroom and living room for privacy.

The beautiful and serene views of the ocean and incredible sunsets. This villa has been remodeled to today standards of what guests want for a beach get away. Perfect for a couple, however there is a pull out sofa for additional 2 people.

Very nice condo! Excellent response from property management to inquiries. Would have been nice to have beach towels provided since most guests would not travel with this item, Condo was very clean. Only complaint was softness of the mattress, but this may be a personal preference. Loved the balcony and ocean view!

Long weekend trip to recharge. Condo did not disappoint. Amazing views! Enjoyed watching wildlife including grazing deer from balcony. So peaceful! Close to Coligny Plaza restaurants and shops. Comfy bed and nicely refreshed interior. Will be back!

Awesome beach front winter getaway
Celebrating 23 years and wanted a quick 4 day beach front condo….. this place delivered!! Gorgeous view on the beach, waves and palm trees from the balcony during morning coffee, and 3 min walk to the sand! Newly renovated with everything you need…highly recommend!
