The villa has a thoughtfully designed, open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the living area to the fully equipped kitchen and dining spaces. The living area features plush furnishings, a Smart TV and direct access to the wrap-around balcony with gorgeous ocean views.

Back inside, the dining area features seating for six, with additional seating for three at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of cabinet and counter space.

The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable king bed, Smart TV, desk area and access to the balcony. This room has an ensuite full bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom features two queen beds, offering plenty of space for families or friends traveling together, and is served by a second full bathroom with a combination tub and shower.

Beachside Tennis offers community amenities that include direct beach access, allowing you to step from your villa onto the sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean. The community pool offers refreshing relief on warm days. Guests are just a short walk to South Beach Marina where you'll find shopping, dining and watersports.

Beachside Tennis is located in Sea Pines Plantation, Hilton Head, the island's original and largest planned resort. Please specify # of security gate passes needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week. This property offers Free Tennis time at the South Beach Racquet Club. Please contact us in advance to arrange.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
