70 North Sea Pines is an ample home providing room for a large group at a great value. This 6-bedroom, plus a bunk room, 4.5-bathroom home features a ground-level entry, with no stairs to enter, a private pool and just a 5-minute walk to the beach!

No step entry from the driveway into the first floor, where the living area, dining area, kitchen and sunroom are located. The living area features a flat-screen TV, seating, and a multitude of books for you to choose from, perfect for your beach read. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of counter space for preparing meals or snacks for the beach. The Carolina room is a great space for reading, playing games, or enjoying a quiet space. There is a separate kitchenette with 2nd refrigerator, and den area behind the main kitchen. The den has a TV and sofas, a great space for kids to hideaway.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms located on the main floor. The first bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom with a soaking tub & step-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and an attached powder room.

There are two separate upstairs areas with additional bedrooms. Up the stairs from the main living area are three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One end of the hallway is a king bedroom with an attached private bathroom and a dressing area. Across the catwalk are the two remaining bedrooms that share a hallway bath with a step-in shower. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the other has two twin beds.

Upstairs from the den area is a bedroom, a bunk room and shared bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a set of built-in bunks. These rooms share a hallbathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The home features a deck on the rear of the house, peacefully overlooking the golf course. The pool is located out front and has ample seating for the whole group. Walk to the beach in under 5-minutes using one of the paved beach paths across Sea Pines Drive. For added convenience, the large circular driveway can accommodate 5 or more cars. 70 North Sea Pines is centrally located to Coligny Plaza in Forest Beach, the Sea Pines Beach Club, and Harbour Town, plus a short bike ride down to South Beach Marina Village, home of The Salty Dog Cafe.
