Villa was very clean and was decorated nicely . It also was in a good location. I would suggest bringing extra pillows & blankets if you like firmer and heavier weighted linens. Also, you could not adjust fan speeds in bedrooms.

Our Villa host, Mary was amazing. She offered suggestions and provided quick communication. Everything about the Villa was comfortable. We were close to the beach and pickleball courts. We have been to the resort several times and always love coming back.

The property can be good for families. Leave your e-bikes and electric scooters etc at home. Bring your own bed mattress topper if hard mattresses are not your preferred option. We love Old Town Bluffton. It seems more crowded in HHI than it did five years ago. If you have two cars, make sure you ask for an additional car pass prior to your stay. The Admiral Drive pool was a better option for us than the main pool which stayed crowded. We enjoyed the beach more after 5 pm.

We really enjoyed everything about this place and the condo. Every single staff member we came in contact with was nice and helpful. We had a great view of the tennis courts. Short walk to the beach and pool. Restaurants and stores were never more than 15 minutes from the condo in any direction. Note: when they say 4:00 is check in to the condo/room to obtain the code; they mean it. The cleaning service does a good job and they will make sure it is clean. So we did not get the code until 5 minutes until 4pm. (Got caught in a huge rain storm but that was ok expecting nothing different as those were the instructions). We will be going back.

Always a win with HH Beach and Tennis

This was our fifth year staying at the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. This was, however, out first time staying in one of the tennis villas. They are farther from the beach, but what you lose in closeness to the beach you make up for in space. The bedrooms were both good sized, the kitchen was open and had plenty of room for us to prep easy meals, and the dining area actually had a dedicated space. Communication with the host was excellent, and the entire property was as described and advertised. You should know that there is not a laundry facility in this building, nor is there an elevator. The Hilton head, beach, and tennis resort, in which this property is located, has plenty of amenities for a family. We enjoyed our stay and will return again.

Not a King Bed, but good property location

First impression was nice decor, mostly clean, above average place. My husband’s feet turned black from walking around on the tile. But linens were clean. Advertising states king bed, definitely not a king. The bed is a queen that makes a popping sound when you get into it. We could not figure that out. It is a well kept place. Pretty worn seating with stains and missing remote for fan in bedroom so the fan is stuck on high, thus not usable. If you want to use the oven, you can’t because there is not one oven safe dish. Otherwise, it was good. Great property management and great communication.
