Bright, cheery and beautifully updated, this villa is new to the rental market. Be among the first to enjoy this lovely vacation retreat with your family!



Miles of sandy beaches, fantastic amenities, and fun for all ages – it is waiting for you at 20 Hilton Head Beach Club, a delightful 2 bedroom/2.5 bath villa in the heart of Forest Beach, and only 2 blocks to the beach – an easy 5-minute walk (see route below). There are 4 beach chairs and a beach cart to make the walk comfortable for you.



South Forest Beach offers visitors a quiet place to enjoy their vacation while having close access to beachside barefoot cafes, the new Lowcountry Celebration Park – a favorite of kids and adults alike and just a 2-minute walk – plus shopping, dining and live entertainment options just a 10-minute stroll away at Coligny. Plus, the Famous Tiki Hut and Pool Bar Jim's are both just a short walk from the villa!!



Comfortably accommodating a family or group of 6, this guest-friendly villa has a primary en suite with king bed, guest en suite with 1 queen and a set of twin bunks, and there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing everything from a picnic basket to enjoy at the beach to a delectable meal enjoyed in your dining area or outside on the patio with views of the wooded area. The morning coffee will be a breeze with a single-pod and full pot coffee maker. Outside, you can throw some steaks or shrimp on the Weber gas grill and have a feast for all!



This Villa is just steps from the pool with its sundeck and ample lounge chairs for relaxing, reading or just catching some island sunshine!



The pool is open daily from 8AM to dusk from April 1st through October 31st.

Perfect family stay

This was our second year staying at this property, and you can’t beat the location and comfort. We loved being able to walk to the nearby pirate playground at Celebration Park. The beach was also a short walk away, and the chairs and other gear that are available at the rental make it easy. The community pool is never packed, and we often had it to ourselves. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

Perfect Beach Stay

We stayed here with a family friend and her son. It was perfect for three adults and three kiddos 6 and under. Couldn’t have asked for a better location to the beach or restaurants, or a better supplied rental. From beach chairs and toys, to beach towels, shower towels, a gas grill, to the washer/dryer, and kitchen appliances this place was perfect!

Roomy rental

The rental was roomy and had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We were able to drive a few minutes away and do fishing and dolphin tours and eat out. However we could just rest and relax and make our own meals on the rental property. It was a lovely place. We would go back!

Great vacation home

Property was clean and very roomy for our family of 6. All beach accessories were included. I would have liked some indication of where the beach umbrellas, beach tent, games and beach buggy were located in the unit however. We found them in the closet on the second to last day. The pool was very clean and just a few steps from our unit. The beach was very accessible. About a 5-7 minute walk from the property.

Perfect size and location!

We have 3 kids - 5, 9, 10. This condo was the perfect size for our crew and had everything we needed! The host provided enough toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry deteregent for the entire week - something most places ive stayed at do not! The beach equipment was amazing. We used the chairs and cart daily to haul all the things while our kids rode their bikes to the beach each day. Location is great...short walk to beach, short walk to park, bike ride access to just about everywhere we needed to go! Highly recommend taking your kiddos on the pirate adventure! Favorite restaurants were Hudsons, The Sandbar, and The Bank (unique dining, a bit confusing...everyone cleaned their plates though!). ONLY feedback for improvement i can give is that the master bed needs replaced and showers were a bit small - elbows met walls a few times! Overall great stay and we have already recommended it to others!

It was convenient to many island attractions with close access to the beach for walks or bike riding.It was very clean, well described, and maintained. The property management company was very communicative and made our stay enjoyable. We were very close to restaurants, shopping and bike/walking paths. The adjoining condo owners and neighbors were very polite and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, and will come back again,

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at 20 Hilton Head Beach Club. The condo was nicely decorated and had all of the tools needed for cooking and storing our meals. We used the beach cart and chairs and appreciated that they were provided. They also provided six very nice beach towels that we used at the beach and the pool. The pool was conveniently located. The condo was very clean when we arrived and there were clear instructions provided for a/c and departure prep. Host2Coast was great for us. There was always a friendly voice on the phone when we called with questions. They responded promptly and efficiently to minor issues. For example, the door lock stopped working. Someone came in just a few minutes and installed a new battery. We would recommend this property and management company to future visitors!

Amazing House and Host

Great house that was super clean and stocked with all the supplies we could need. Location is perfect for easy walk to beach and fun Coligny area, which has great restaurants and shopping. Host made checkin and stay so easy. Would definitely recommend this property!
