When we arrived, no one was at the front desk at 7PM. Just a sign that indicated someone would return in 10 min. Once we went upstairs to our room, the temp had been turned down to 60°F. It took over an hour to warm up. Get what you pay for I guess.

Clean room, friendly staff all was well! Just switch the lightbulbs in rooms to 3000k please it was like hospital lighting.
