Continue into the spacious kitchen with built in seating, surrounded by architectural windows, it’s light and welcoming. You will enjoy, entertaining your family and friends, in this fully stocked kitchen.

Help yourself to the gourmet coffee bar on your way to relax in the living room. Plush leather sofas, seating and a cozy bay window make the perfect spot for the family to relax, watch your favorite shows, catch up on a good read, or play one of the vintage games provided!

Located off of the living room are three beautifully appointed bedrooms with high end, mattresses and linens for the perfect nights sleep.

Bedroom one has a queen, bed, half bath, television, and a dresser for storing items. Luxurious, blackout curtains, provide all the light you could want surrounded by windows, or as little as you would like! The laundry closet is located inside of bedroom one.

Bedroom two is accessible through the barn door off of the living room This private guest suite boasts, a full bathroom, workspace area, sitting area and lush, queen bed.

Bedroom three with adjoining bathroom provide some of the best views in the house! Take in the layers of blue ridge mountains surrounding from your posh king size bed. Curl up with a magazine in the cozy, sitting neck and bedroom three.

Cottage on Fairview provides ample outdoor space. Wonder out front onto the veranda for a coffee and pastries from Bread and Better Bakery nearby or Drip Coffee three minutes from the cottage.

Take dinner out on the back deck. Grill it up like a pro on the Traeger. The back deck is stylishly appointed with murals of our Scenic City Chattanooga! There is outdoor dining for six in addition to the seating area which accommodates 6.
