This was definitely not a 4 star hotel as listed, i thhink it was a 3 star.. However room was spotless and hotel very clean, staff were very pleasant There was no business centre to print in. The pool was a disappointment as it was currently boarded up at one side and access was up a rickety fire escape and tiles were missing around the pool terrace. Limited sunchairs and no umbrellas but the pool itself was a welcome relief in the heat. we were not advised in advance of the pool area being refurbished and half the terrace closed. Breakfast was OK, nothing outstanding. Wifi and aircon in room were good and overall a pleasant stay.

Staff were very pleasant, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent; something for everyone. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Centrally located to Metro, bus depot, and walkable to many sites. Also walking distance to Ward 4 with lots of good, cheap eateries where my local family lives. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Unfortunately we couldn't stay at the hotel we booked. We were told that both rooms had bad AC units and we couldn't stay there. We were given the option of staying at another hotel which they selected for us. We realized later that we were victim to the bait and switch scam, and they took our money for the room we picked, put us up in a hotel we didn't want, and sold our rooms for more money to new customers. Weve read many postes online that this is a common scam in HCM. We complained that the new hotel had no gym (under construction), smaller rooms, smaller pool, no pool bar and lesser quality breakfast buffet. We were given 1,000,000 Dong to use at the Sky bar as compensation. Terrible experience. We felt scammed and paid off with far less than we deserved to be quiet about it. In hindsight, we should've refused their offer and tried to rebook or find a different hotel.

The hotel didn't honour their reservation and shipped us to a different hotel that they said was an upgrade but it was definitely not. We asked for a reimbursement from the hotel for the trouble and they provided us with a voucher to use at the pool Sky bar but didn't mention that the sky bar didn't open until hours after we arrived. What a joke! Would not trust them ever again.

Spent New Year’s Eve at the hotel the hotel was lovely, room very clean and staff friendly and welcoming, Sky Bar roof top pool had amazing views of the city, however the pool was difficult to get in and a lot of surface water made the area slippery. The staff did turn the lights off while we were still in the bar area finishing of our drinks and we had to walk down the emergency stairs in the dark while the proper stairs are being refurbished. Was scary.

The hotel itself is a little old and tired but it goes with the city! The bar on the roof was always out of wine but the other bar which is just one floor below always had wine but they never would take a bottle or two up which I didn’t understand. Hotel in a great location, didn’t matter which way you walked when you came out of the hotel all directions had something to offer.

The rooms were clean and surprisingly spacious, with a large, comfortable bed and a bathroom experience that felt refreshingly novel. Our particular room was windowless, but thoughtfully arranged for comfort. Breakfast was well executed, offering a generous buffet with plenty of appealing options. The rooftop pool, while on the smaller side, provided a pleasant retreat, complemented by a bar that offered a refreshing vantage point over the city below.

Room located by metal stars to the roof bar. Constant foot traffic up and down daily. House maid daily service didn’t come 2 out of the 5 days we stayed. Left 1 day early for a different hotel. Bed was very uncomfortable and low to ground. Shower was inside a large awkward bathtub, which flooded the floor during use. Very slippery and dangerous. Food was very subpar.
