The hotel did some upgrades recently make it more enjoyable. The restaurants also did a great job, and the staffs are very friendly and welcoming. It’s my second home in Saigon. I can’t and don’t have this feeling elsewhere, the hotel staffs hold our hearts. Great job Mr general manager. 👍

Pest control should be done before guest arrives in the room. Ours was done 30 minutes arrival in our room. Made us think the hotel was bug infested. Anyways, I didn’t see any bugs, but again do it before guests arrive.

The hotel is showing its age - you can see it in the rooms, carpets, walls and floors. The furniture in the room are a bit dated, the bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities are great but again it does show its age. It is a nice hotel with full amenities and away from the noise and busyness of the city - good location for that. I didn’t experience five star service however the staff helpful. We didnt eat the buffet breakfast or seafood dinner buffet but it took look very good.

The hotel is a bit rundown and didn’t quite meet my expectations for a 5-star property. The carpet in our room was dirty and slightly smelly, with visible stains on both the carpet and the walls. However, the customer service was absolutely top tier. The manager and staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating to all my requests. When I contacted the front desk to share my concerns about the room’s cleanliness, the manager sincerely apologized and showed me another room. However, I quickly realized that the rooms are generally similar, which makes sense given the hotel has been open for about 14 years. Despite the condition of the rooms, I truly enjoyed my 7-night stay not because of the facilities, but because of the amazing staff. Their friendliness and professionalism made a big difference and really stood out.

This is not a well-maintained hotel. There was visible dust and chipped surfaces throughout the property. The room carpets and bathroom had noticeable stains, and the windows were quite dusty. The furniture is dated, with chips evident in several areas. I stayed on the 18th floor, but I could still hear karaoke noise in the evenings, which ruined my ability to relax. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. The TV is small and mounted below eye level, making it inconvenient to watch. Overall, I would rate the room quality as three stars.
