The hotel cancelled my booking twice! They had overbooked my room and told me twice that my room booking was cancelled. I’ve been travelling for over 30 years and this is the first time my room was cancelled by the hotel! Email communication was very bad with emails not been replied to. Stay away!

The room was not ready even at 4pm though checkin is 2pm. Lack of any guidance from the staff there and inconvenient & poor communication with apartment provider. The card provided did not work to grant access to lift lobby. Only worked to access the floor. Anyways had to message or wait for someone to come in or out , and the staff there refused to help

Ice rink, metro train, massage, restaurants, are close by. Theres a full kitchen, kettle, rice cooker, pots and pans to cook groceries. Would recommend.

Walking around Ho Chi Minh City all day can be exhausting, but coming back to this apartment was pure bliss. The comfy sofa and soft lighting made it feel like a true retreat.

This is an average property in an excellent location that makes it very convenient to get around greater HCMC. The property is also connected to a very small shopping mall that makes grocery shopping a quick trip downstairs. The room itself is very dated and shows some signs of neglect when it comes to basic maintenance. Electrical items causing power surges, water leaking out of the shower stalls, and loose/missing furnishings were all things that I experienced during my 5 day stay. A very disappointing note was the lack of an actual dryer in the rental unit despite the listing stating that the unit included both a washer and a dryer. The rental company clarified by stating that the "dryer" is actually the spin dry option on the washing machine. Please keep this in mind if you are looking for a room with a real dryer - this property does not have it.
