They placed us in a different property than the one we originally booked โ€” one that was half the price, yet they refused to refund the difference. Accessing the property required fingerprinting at the main entrance, but only the first party to arrive was able to complete this step. The rest of our group, who arrived later, was not assisted with this step. We agreed to meet at 10a.m. the next day for fingerprinting, but no one showed up (again next day 11 am and another no show). Later, we received a text asking if they could come โ€œnowโ€ at 3 p.m. or even after bedtime โ€” which was not reasonable. Overall, the communication was poor and unreliable. Also, they only communicate through What's app not very commonly used in the US. Don't expect to be contacted by email before check in.

This is a scam! This is not a hotel but airbnb run by the owner of the rooms. The room I rented had nothing to do with what advertised. The room was totally different without a bath tub. All the amenities advertised like pool and gym were not available. Probably only the real owner can use those. When i contacted with them, they refused to do anything and stopped answering my texts. Overall this room was not even worth half the money i paid for. This was just a scam. Most disappointingly, expedia, although they accepted it is a scam since i sent the proof, they refused to cancel the reservation and just paid me small amount for consolation. Stay away!

We book the Landmark 81 residence skyline, but when we check in it was not the Landmark 81 residence skyline hotel. They send us to the Vincom apartment next to the Landmark 81 hotel. The operator called us to check in over the phone, everything was done over the phone and not in person, they sent us a picture of a room number and the key was in the locker box on the first floor. There was no swimming pool at all in the Vincom apartment and the living room A/C were not working. We called the operator and they not answering the phone or text. This is my first time experience something like this.

Itโ€™s an AirBnB condo and not the typical hotel check in process. The host was responsive in communicating, but did not answer all my questions. The room did not match the pictures in the booking. I booked a panoramic view 1BR and got a 2BR basic room. I spent $100 a night expecting a beautiful city skyline view but was disappointed. I rented the same room at landmark 4 for $60/night. I asked why the room didnโ€™t match and the host stated the rooms are random and I was upgraded to a 2BR without notice. The spare bedroom had water dripping from the AC vent, but fortunately the room was not used by us. I donโ€™t recommend this place. Itโ€™s false advertisement.
