Perfect Family Value Option

Clean, cute, wonderful staff, fabulous little place walking distance to plenty of food, shops, street food and restaurants. Our family of four (two adults, 14 year old, 11 year old) really enjoyed the family room - one queen bed, twin bunk beds, private shower/bathroom, private balcony. Our room was light and airy, high ceilings, large glass doors/windows to the balcony and comfy/not too hard beds. The free breakfast and laundry was so convenient. We stayed here for 8 nights. If we didn't walk it was a very inexpensive Grab car to get anywhere in the city. Yen was so helpful in sharing local tips for exploring, tours, and cultural norms. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend if you are interested in a quiet place, off the beaten path on the edge of residential neighborhood with lots of locals but still close to the bustle of the city!

Great place to stay with your family

I stayed for about a week at this hotel with my family and I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The friendly English speaking staff were always able to help us out. The rooms and beds were very clean. Rooms were spacious and the kids liked the bunk beds. It's in the middle of a residential area so it is very quiet during the night. The residential area is like a big maze so make sure to have a good map, smartphone or just take a taxi the first time. The hotel is located 5 minutes away from the central bus station of Ho Chi Minh (xe buyt) that has buses in every direction. (109 for the airport, 19 for all tourist locations, zoo and Suoi Tien theme park). Subway will open in 2020. You need to cross 2 big streets, which might be the biggest challenge. About 5 minutes away is a large Coop supermarket. On the main roads you'll find various convenience stores. And of course dozens of local restaurants and street vendors.

Everything worked out pretty well. Free laundry was nice extra, since I stayed +3 nights. However mattress was so uncomfortable it was difficult to sleep or relax.

Very nice staff. The room itself was good, clean. The only problem I had was the location, very difficult to find. When ordering taxi each time had to go to the main road as every driver was getting lost.

You could really tell that they care about their guests - from room service, to free breakfast and free happy hour beer. It’s the little things that made this place so great.

Accommodation was located a 10 minute walk away from the main party district, we got a good rest at night while not being too far from the main areas. There’s not much shops in the immediate vicinity except for afew food options but we didn’t find it too difficult to get anything we need. Service was impeccable, all staff speaks good English and are ready and willing to help you with any queries such as booking a tour to the local tourist sites at a reasonable price or food recommendations. There’s a nice little terrace for socialising and a free beer from 6-8pm everyday. However do not expect a party style hostel. Overall a good stay if you’re seeking a nice quiet place to sleep while not being too far away from the main party areas.

Very nice place to stay in HCM city (if you looking for something cheap in downtown). Clean, comfy (A/C, fridge in the room), well located, nice crew, actually I got nothing to complain about in this hostel.

Really good staff. Clean rooms. Okay breakfast. Location isn't bad 30 minute walk to the main sights in district 1 or a short grab bike ride. Can be confusing to find but that just added to the adventure.

Good Value Good Location

The location is very close to the near Bui Vien but it is a quite place to stay. The price is also cheap and their service is perfect for staying. I have stayed here for 3 days in every week. I will stay next week also. Thanks always.
