Perfect for families and groups, it features a pool table in the games room, a large entertaining deck with BBQ, and a fully fenced backyard. All just moments from the beach and local attractions.

The Space:
Enjoy the expansive deck, perfect for relaxation and soaking in the views and sunshine throughout the day. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi, and enjoy the amenities including a BBQ, air conditioning, a cozy wood fire, and a pool table, ensuring a truly relaxing holiday. This home spans two levels, thoughtfully furnished and equipped for your comfort. The ground floor features a seamless entertainment space with a modern kitchen and dining room flowing into the living area and games room, complete with a pool table, all opening onto a sunny deck. You'll find two bedrooms on this level: one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds, along with a guest bathroom featuring a bathtub. Upstairs, you'll discover another bathroom, and three additional bedrooms. Two of these upstairs bedrooms feature queen beds, and the third offers two single beds. The home is equipped with an air conditioning unit, plus panel heaters in every bedroom. A wood heater in the living room adds ambience (one complimentary bag of firewood is provided; additional bags are available at local service stations and hardware stores).There is a BBQ area with 7 pce dining table and chairs and a large back yard. Parking includes a carport for two vehicles and free on-street parking.

Situated an easy 2 minutes' drive to Blackmans Bay beach and Bay view Shopping centre or 4 minutes to Kingston Beach, and Kingston main shopping centre and oly 20 minutes to Hobarts CBD. Just down the road from the home is Bayview Shopping centre has all the necessary shops such as mini supermarket, newsagents, bakery, bottle shop, and a fantastic sushi shop.

Getting Around:
For the best experience exploring Hobart and its surroundings, having a car is recommended. Yet, if you require public transportation, there's a nearby bus stop with a regular service commuting to the CBD.
