Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious bedroom on the top floor, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and plenty of natural light. The adjoining modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and laundry facilities. Soak in the sun on the east facing furnished balcony, directly accessible from the bedroom. There is also a cot available for your use.

The downstairs is home to the warm and inviting living area, featuring a cosy lounge, smart TV, and a spacious dining space. A fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, and cookware. The lounge also doubles as a comfortable queen sofa bed, so 2 couples can utilise this comfortable home.

Despite the peaceful setting, you're only minutes’ drive from the hustle and bustle of Salamanca Market, Hobart’s waterfront, the University of Tasmania, a range of cafés, restaurants, and local shops in the Sandy Bay Strip and South Hobart. You can also choose to walk to the city, which is about 40 minutes, then Uber home.

A few essential things to note: although Dynnyrne is a tranquil neighbourhood, this unit is next door to a family home with young kids. Noise free rooms are not guaranteed. Guests can park outside the unit temporarily to unload luggage but will have to park on the street for the duration of your stay due to the resident’s parking next door. Street parking is free all day and night, and perfectly safe in this peaceful neighbourhood. The driveway is a little steep to walk up and down; please consider this when booking for guests with mobility issues.

Due to the property being contactless self check-in, booking guest is required to complete an online registration prior to check-in, which will include uploading a copy of their government issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport). Retreats Tasmania have a strict no parties, no smoking, and no pet's policy.
