Nestled in the heart of New Hampshire, the home boasts a central location that grants easy access to the region's finest lakes and mountains. A mere mile away from Route 93, it's just minutes from everything. Squam Lake, Lake Winnipesaukee, and Newfound Lake are the areas biggest draw in the summer months. Hop on the highway and you’re just a short drive to Loon Mountain, Waterville Valley, and Tenney Mountain for ski season!

FIRST FLOOR:

Guests will have access to all parts of the home with the exception of the master bedroom which is locked off for the owners and a couple of coat closets in common spaces. The guests still have access to the remaining 3 bedrooms plus the sleeper sofa in the fully furnished basement.

Plenty of parking in the long driveway. Street parking is allowed but not overnight.

Although we have the home professionally cleaned before and after each reservation, we ask our guests to care for this home as if it was their own.

The furniture is very expensive (and light) so we ask that you do not eat/drink on the couch in the main living room when possible.

Keycode, wifi password, house information sheet, recommendation sheet, and checkout list will be sent to you before arrival.

We ask that the guests sign our guest book before departure and leave reviews on Airbnb.
