Located in Holderness on the shores of Squam Lake, this beautiful lakeside home offers the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and enjoy New Hampshire’s natural beauty. With five spacious bedrooms featuring a mix of king, queen, full, twin, and a bunkhouse with bunk beds, there’s plenty of room for families and groups to spread out comfortably.

Softwood floors, wood-framed windows, and warm earth-tone finishes give the home a timeless rustic character, while modern amenities including high-speed internet, a dishwasher, and a full laundry setup provide all the comforts of home.

The views speak for themselves. Just 30 feet from the water’s edge, the house overlooks the Squam Range and iconic Mount Chocorua. Guests can enjoy a private dock and swim float, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings. The home sits on a secluded 50-acre wooded parcel shared with only two other historic homes, both located more than a tenth of a mile away, offering exceptional privacy and tranquility.

Inside, the large kitchen, dining room, and living spaces are ideal for gathering with family and friends. Two working fireplaces create a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxing evenings after a day on the lake. There are no TVs here because they truly aren’t needed.
