Stunning palm tree lined beaches and tranquil aquamarine waters are only 5 minutes away by car, or 15 minutes if you choose to walk. We particularly recommend Sandy Lane beach, Mullins and Glitter Bay, to name but a few. Holetown, with its relaxed, friendly atmosphere, has some of the island’s best beaches, bars, restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

For those who love to golf, Westmoreland golf course is right next door and the world-famous Sandy Lane golf course is just a 10-minute drive away.

Oleanda is a stylish, spacious 3-bedroom villa, surrounded by beautifully-manicured, lush gardens and well positioned to take advantage of the superb on-site facilities, which are all within a short walk.

The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and lounge. Two French doors lead to a spacious terrace with a seating area for relaxation, sun beds and pergola for alfresco dining.

Bedroom 2, also located on the ground floor, is light and airy with French doors leading onto the terrace, and an en suite bathroom.

Take the spiral staircase up to the first floor where you will find two further bedrooms. The twin room (bedroom 3) has an en suite bathroom and access to a terrace overlooking the tropical gardens and the waterfall swimming pool.

The master bedroom (bedroom 1) features an en suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and a terrace with views of the grounds.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Wi-Fi is also available throughout.

The amenities provided by Sugar Hill are second to none and located in and around the beautiful Club House. They include:
