Enjoy keyless and contactless check in via smart lock keypad. Confirmed guests will get access codes to the front door prior to arrival.

•Is the pool heated?
No, but it is a saltwater pool! An unscreened pool patio helps with keeping the water warm.

•Are pets allowed?
Please discuss pets with me, only pets under 50 lbs. are allowed.
Must pick up all dog waste. All pets MUST be pre-approved, vaccinated, and leashed at all times when outside. Pets should not be left unattended. There is a $20/day pet fee. Failure to add to booking will result in a $250 pet charge per pet.

•Are there any security cameras?
This house is equipped with two 24/7 monitoring cameras outside. There are no cameras inside the home.
Camera #1 monitors the front of the house (front door bell camera).
Camera #2 monitors the back of the house (gated backyard entrance).

•Is there parking?
Free parking on driveway for two cars in front of house. No parking on the grass/lawn. No street parking. Vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. No access to the garage.

•We have a no party/event policy, to respect our kind neighbors.
If unregistered guests are on our property or a party is in progress, we will ask the guests to leave immediately with no refund (if needed with damage fees and with the help of authorities).

•No Smoking ($350 fee if violated). Smoking is permitted outside, front porch, or pool patio.
