The space
Nestled in the heart of the Ozarks, this cozy lodge sleeps up to 11 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, perfect for large family gatherings or festive retreats.

Located just minutes from Branson's holiday attractions, enjoy a private escape with the best of both worlds-tranquility and proximity to all the fun! The cabin boasts Christmas cheer, with festive décor, twinkling lights, and a holiday spirit you won't find anywhere else.

The main floor features an open-plan living room with a warm fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare holiday feasts, and a dining area that seats 12. Large windows offer stunning views of the Ozark landscape, and there's even a deck with outdoor seating for sipping hot cocoa under the stars!

Sleeping arrangements are just as magical, with a variety of room options:

- Cabin Master Suite (main floor): This room features a King bed with an en-suite bathroom, offering plenty of privacy.

- Cabin Bedroom 2 (Upstairs Loft): Equipped with a King bed, this room also has a private deck with two chairs, perfect for sipping your warm coffee in the morning.

- Cabin Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): This cozy room features a King bed, festive Christmas décor, and plush bedding.

- Cabin Downstairs living area: This area includes 3 Twin beds with a holiday theme, perfect for kids!

- The Carriage House: The Carriage House offers extra living space with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy bedroom, and a private bathroom, making it perfect for larger families or those seeking extra privacy.

Outdoor amenities include a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, a hot tub to relax in after a day of exploring, and a grill for holiday cookouts. Gather around the fire pit, tell stories, and create lasting memories while gazing at the starlit sky.

Other things to note
- Check-in is 4:00 PM & check-out is 10:00 AM.
- The cabin comes fully stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods, shampoo, conditioner, and Body Wash.
- All guests must be 25 years or older or accompanied by a legal guardian.
- No smoking allowed on the property.

Guest access
To access the front door, use the key code provided via text message on the day of check-in. Each door will have the same access code that is sent. The Airstream will have a key located in the cabin. You can park anywhere in the driveway; the location is all yours!
