Styled for comfort with modern accents, this condo will have you relaxing within minutes of walking through the door. Just open the oceanfront door and let the ocean breeze take away all of your stress. Nap in the rooms that beckon you to rest, or chill out on the sofa while dinner is being prepared in the spacious kitchen. Feel like going for a walk? Step out on the beach from the convenient beach access or walk across the street to see the boats cruising in the sound. A spacious shoreline gives you the room you need to lay out on the beach and enjoy the sounds of the waves caressing the shoreline. What more could you want? Now grab that margarita and start enjoying your vacation at Queen's Grant A-103!

Queen's Grant offers convenient community amenities for its guests. The complex has private beach access for its residents and guests between each oceanfront building. The sound side of the complex is where you'll find the refreshing swimming pool which is open May through September. The picnic and grilling area overlooks the children's play area so you can keep an eye on the little ones while cooking a delightful grilled meal. Queen's Grant also provides a community boat ramp and dock for its homeowners and guests. Parking for boat/jet ski trailers is limited and is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Bed sizes include a King, a Queen, and 2 Twins. Pillows and blankets are provided.

➀***Please Note: HOA-controlled pools will be open for guest use from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Openings outside of this time will be at the discretion of the HOA***

Best place for what we needed

We loved the place! The layout was perfect for what we needed and the deck was nice and deep for those of us who can’t be in the sun. Plenty of places for all to sit outside and the kitchen had everything we needed. The few issues we had the rental company handled with great communication. The location had soft spots in the floors which we reported. We’d come back next year if the timing worked out.

Rat infestation

Rats inside in kitchen and on deck. They were not afraid of humans. I will be calling on Monday. We made mgt aware of problem. Not responded to very efficiently

Great Condo for Everyone!

This condo was clean, comfortable, and laid out nicely. Bedrms were good sizes. The Big covered deck was perfect to watch the storms come in, and not get wet!! Nice to be able to still stay outside. Access to the beach was great. The keyless entry was nice, as well. Would highly recommend Queens Grant!!!

True Beach Vacation

This was a relaxing vacation spot. Beautiful ocean view and comfortable stay. Small things to improve upon like some cleaning and a few bugs. Overall we would stay again and loved it. BTW we were there through the storm and didn’t mind the week was great and the ocean was wonderful.
