Annual Family Beach Trip
We loved everything about this beach condo! It had all the right stuff for a stress-free family trip—plenty of space, super clean, and stocked with everything we needed! The best part? We didn’t even need to leave the condo to have a great time. The beach was just steps away, the pool was a hit with the kids, and we had awesome entertainment right across the street. Honestly, it couldn’t have been easier or more fun. Perfect location, perfect setup—we’ll definitely be back!

I wish I could buy this place!
It's the perfect property for a family of 4 with a doggie-the size, the location, the actual condo itself. It was a great find!
The property company was super involved and responsive. The property was very clean. Having rented other properties in NC and FL, this one wins over all of them.
It was very helpful to have two bathrooms too.
Yes, the Trailer bar is right across the street, but they were done by 11:00 pm plus the music was awesome.
Two suggestions for the owner- check the air filter more often and check the bunk bed because it was a bit wobbly. It was nothing bad. We bought a new filter and left a spare.

Location location location
I loved the proximity to the beach, the playground right across the street, the spacious kitchen for cooking, and having two full bathrooms. The beds were comfy, the balcony was a great place to relax and unwind after a beach day! The trailer bar being right across was a bonus. Order the mermaid drink if you go ;) We love surf city and this was a graft place to call home for the week. :) thank you!!

July visit to Topsail
We enjoyed our stay - this is the second time we stayed at Summer Winds. It is convenient to the beach and walking the nearby canals. The trailer bar can be noisy in the evenings - so would reconsider this unit at our next visit.
