This comfortable, cozy and cute, 3-bedroom, north side of a duplex is a wonderful place for you and your family, including your dog to experience Surf City/Topsail Island. During the day, relax on the sun deck that offers ocean breezes and unobstructed ocean views. At night, step into the newly expanded living room with plenty of space for all! This duplex is located on a quiet street with easy public beach access approx. 150 feet south at the foot of Broadway Street. **For larger family gatherings Beachy Bliss - 1709-A N. Shore Drive is right next door. Book a family vacation together!

Your vacation rental is located in Surf City, approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge. You will love the peace and quiet here! Visit the Surf City pier and nearby restaurants and shops. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Trip Preparation:
Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay seem as close to home, while you are away from home as possible. All our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, and much more! Perfect Get-Away

The place was clean and charming with everything needed for a comfortable stay; the view of ocean and proximity incredible, the amenities adequate. Was pet friendly. Trash pickup reminders provided. All just perfect.

Loved this house! So close to the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. Closed in deck so safe for dogs. This home is beautifully decorated . The king bed is so comfortable. I highly recommend .
