Welcome to "Just Sandy," your serene retreat nestled in the heart of Surf City, NC. This charming vacation rental beckons you with its tranquil ambiance and coastal charm. Ideal for families or small groups, this single-story home comfortably sleeps up to seven guests across two bedrooms and one and a half baths.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by an inviting open floor plan, where a spacious living room awaits with a plush sectional couch, perfect for unwinding in front of the smart TV. Adjacent to this is a cozy sunroom, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or dive into a good book away from the screen.

The fully equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. Gather around the dining room table to savor home-cooked meals and create lasting memories.

Retreat to the primary bedroom, complete with a luxurious king-size bed and a brand-new mattress as of March 2026, plus its own smart TV. The house was nice. It had a lot of nice amenities. The overlook was nice. The he kitchen was nice and had a lot pots, pans and cooking utensils. The shower was small hard to take a shower without bumping into the wall and at night the wood roaches were really bad and all over the deck and would come inside.

Great Home!

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to book again in the future! The home is so close to the beach, the deck is wonderful to sit and watch the sun rise, and plenty of room for a family of 4 with 2 dogs. Can’t say enough about what a wonderful home this is!

As advertised. Clean. Kitchen is well stocked for basic cooking needs. Upper deck adds a lot to property. Only complaint is we did not receive kitchen linens to use during our stay. We contacted quest services and were told housekeeping would deliver them, but we never received them.

Just Sandy visit-Fun time

Just Sandy was nice cozy place, it was just the two of us and our 2 dogs. Great locations, walking distance to most things you need and not a far drive to the bigger stores etc across the bridge.
