Nice condo in perfect location in Topsail Beach. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed, including linens, for our stay. Great porch with nice furniture for early morning coffee or cooler evenings. Condo is on the first level (second floor) with parking right below. We never had an issue with parking. We were disappointed with the cleanliness. While bedding, bathrooms and kitchen areas were clean, it appeared the condo had not been vacuumed. There were crumbs behind the table and cereal on the floor in the kitchen. Also, when entering the sliding door into the living room from the beach, we noticed a strong odor of cat pee. It was definitely inside and not outside. Did not notice it at other times. The communication was good. We had an enjoyable stay.

All was good.

Easy access to beach and pool. Deck provided excellent views and plenty of seating. Kitchen was well equipped with everything that was needed. Bedrooms slept four with comfort. Plenty of parking. Overall, we gave it a 5-star rating. Hope we get a chance to return. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Relaxing Oceanfront Getaway

The property was just as described and the location was perfect. We enjoyed the porch every morning and evening, and enjoyed the proximity to the beach (just a few steps).

Happy home away from home

Great accommodations and extras. Even had a first aid kit in the drawer. The deck furniture was excellent. A high table and chairs so you could see over the railing and a 2-seat glider. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook great fresh fish from the Surf City fish market. The view is spectacular.

Great vacation

Loved the property. Since we stayed in the off season, the beach was very quiet. Loved being oceanfront. The only two tiny complaints would be that the hot tub for the property didn't work and the bed in the second bedroom wasn't very comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing!!!

Just what we needed! This provided a beautiful soul-renewing location that my daughter and I desperately needed. Everything was even better than expected. I promise you I will be back. Thank you for sharing this beautiful location. I'm totally in love with everything about the town and this condo. We were there for Thanksgiving and the town had decorated each light pole with classic, vintage lights that just made my heart soar. Thank you!!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

We just finished a week long family vacation at this amazing condo in Topsail, and I cannot say enough good about it! What a beautifully furnished condo, with everything you need, and right on the beach! In fact, our first morning there we watched a school of dolphins swim by as we were standing in the kitchen fixing breakfast. Our 3 yr old and 5 yr old were so excited!! They especially enjoyed all the wildlife/nature adventures available on the island - fishing off the dock on property, hunting for sand crabs at night, collecting massive amounts of seashells, and watching the local fisherman reel in huge catches on the piers! How fun!! Some of our other favorite adventures included flying kites, visiting several of the island playgrounds, "adopting" hermit crabs, and sampling the local restaurants' key lime pie (Sears Landing was our favorite!). My husband and I personally enjoyed the unique balance that was available on Topsail in that it was a great quiet little spot, and yet it had plenty of local restaurants and fun things for the kids to do. The beach is absolutely beautiful - really wide, and was never crowded. Perfect!! Oh let me mention again how great it was to be right on the beach with the little ones. So much easier with all the trips in and out. Finally the condo itself is wonderful. It has everything you need. From a washer and dryer,to a fully stocked kitchen, to family games, and night lights - everything has been carefully thought out and planned for your needs. It made for a wonderful place for our family to unwind and enjoy being together. 5 stars for this vacation spot in my book - Relaxing, Fun, & Beautiful!
