We really enjoyed our stay at this house! The house was very clean, neat, and well equipped upon arrival. Alea was even able to work out a slightly early check-in, which ended up being a life saver for our two kids the day we arrived. The house also came with bikes, fishing rods, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and a beach wagon that were all in great shape and made our days on the beach even more fun and relaxing. I would highly recommend this house to anyone else staying in Topsail!

This is a wonderful house! Very clean and well located. The garage/game room is perfect and provides lots of entertainment for kids and adults. The house has an open flow which was key for us since we traveled with an infant and a toddler. Highly recommend it!

Cozy Wonderful Stay at a Quality House!

We would definitely stay here again! Not only was it clean and tastefully decorated but this homeowner has given extreme attention to detail. For example, there are reflectors at the end of the driveway making it easy to locate every time you drive in. Need extra parking? Its here. Need an iron? They got it. Want Chairs, towels, toys, wagon, umbrella for the beach? Your kids sure do! Do you like thick white bath towels and lush white sheets and bedding? I'm sold. The hubby and boys were quite thankful for the fishing gear and the fishing pier close by. There are also bikes and boogie boards! We had plenty of games and activities for the rainy hours too! Need I say more? What are you waiting for? Book now!

End of Summer Vacation

The property was the perfect retreat for our end of summer vacation. We had everything we needed & the space was very untimely - great for our young kids. A MUCH Needed Get Away!

Our family skipped the annual beach trip for the Colorado Mountains last year. This year we weren't sure if the whole crew would join us, so we considered this quaint Beach bungalow just around the corner from an access point. Upon entering, our daughter, who is in hospitality commented on the aesthetic and how inviting the home is. We all relished in the fact there were no stairs to lug everything up and down. Every amenity we could possibly need was made available to us. The styling of the home was refreshing and chic. There was a lovely bottle of wine and handwritten welcome card for us You felt like you were in a hotel suite. The garage/game room was a great add and use of space.We welcomed the gorgeous evenings on the front porch that was big enough for everyone in our party to enjoy, laugh and relax on. The rooms received equal attention.. very cohesive. Unlike other homes we've stayed in with mix n match furniture. We've already discussed booking Sea Salt again if we can. Thank you, William & Kyara

Great property

What an amazing property. I am So glad I found it! We came down from NY to pick up our daughter from UNCW and also attend a 40th birthday party in the area. This house was amazing for my family of 7 (grown kids). There was enough beds for everyone with room to spare. Everything seemed new. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Special little touches everywhere. Makeup wipes, shampoo and conditioner in shower like a hotel, coffee with creamer and even little stirring spoons! My daughter said it best “this place is aesthetically pleasing”. Highest compliment from a teen. Garage was great for the kids to hang in. There was games, darts, beach bikes, boogie boards etc. I honestly can’t rave enough. Best Vrbo I’ve been to. Alea was fast and superb sweet with all communication. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Family Getaway to get away from family

The home was pleasant and quaint. Nestled between a hedge and larger home, it felt secluded while still being on the main strip. Noise levels were minimal thanks to the hedges, the porch was comfortable, though not shaded from the morning sun so it did heat up quickly. The home felt like just that, a home. It was cozy, had lovely spaces to lounge inside and out, was a short walk to beach access, and approximately a mile walk to the main shopping center and grocery store. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to the next time.

Perfect Family Getaway!

This is the perfect house for a family getaway. There was plenty of space for our family and a short, easy walk to the beach. It was also a short drive to any kind of food or shop you may need while staying there. The owners were very accommodating & quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

All you need for a beach stay!

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach home. It has all the necessary items for a beach home and very clean! We couldn’t get over the number of beds it has! We brought our two medium size dogs and since this home isn’t on stilts, it was great to not have to go up and down steps each time we had to let them out. They did need to be on a lease though. No fencing. The beach access was a short walk and convenient! The host, Mr.Hall, was absolutely accommodating and very easy to communicate with! Created a beautiful memory here! Thx to the Hall family!

Adorable home

Sweet place and wonderful home owners. Location was a short walk to the beach and only a mile or so drive or bike ride to stores & food locations. Clean& pet friendly home which made it a joy to stay at and nice neighbors. Will definitely save this listing so that we can use it again when we are back to visit our Marine stationed at Ft. LEJEUNE.
