This north-side duplex lives like a private home, featuring a private driveway, wet-weather entry, covered decks, and your own exclusive walkway to the beach. The carport accommodates up to three vehicles. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, the home sleeps up to 10 guests with two king beds, four twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa, and every bedroom has its own full bathroom.

The fully stocked oceanfront kitchen makes meal prep a pleasure, complete with sweeping views of the Atlantic. Coffee lovers will appreciate multiple brewing options, French press, drip coffee maker, and Keurig, perfect for savoring sunrise mornings on the deck. The open-concept living and dining area opens directly to the covered deck, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious oceanfront king master suite with private bath and direct access to the covered deck—an ideal spot to greet the sunrise. This level also includes a bedroom with four twin beds, a full bath, and a laundry room.
