Enjoy 360degree views of the Sound, ICWW, distant Ocean and downtown Surf City, from this new construction Sound Front home in the very heart of Surf City. Walk to everything - Beach, Shops, Restaurants, Parks, etc!
This 3-story home provides elevator access, 6bedrooms and 4.5baths, 2262hsqft, 630sqft of decks/porches overlooking the sound and 700sqft of rooftop deck entertaining! The home is beautifully furnished to include plenty of outdoor furniture to take full advantage of the salt air and sun while you are here! WIFI is provided and Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and the rooftop deck. Relax with your family and enjoy a movie beneath the stars overlooking the sound and high rise bridge.
There is sound view deck access available from 4 out of the 6 bedrooms with plenty of seating for relaxing with that first cup of coffee or taking in the sunset together.
A Washer/dryer is available on the second floor. The home has a fully equipped Kitchen with plenty of dishes, cookware and bakeware to make you feel at home. There is even a Beverage/Coffee center with a two options for coffee (Keurig or full pot) as well as a beverage/wine fridge to keep all your drinks cold.
The rear yard is not fenced and we do allow up to 2 small 15# dogs with pet fee.
While not guaranteed, we do try to provide beach equipment for use during your stay. There should be a wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys located in the storage room. Beach towels are available as well. Please make sure all of these items make it back to the house so we don't have to deduct funds from the security deposit.
The home does have elevator access to all living levels. Please refer to elevator usage instructions to ensure it stays operable and safe during your stay.
Parking:
There is space for 4-5 vehicles on the property. If you feel parking will be an issue for your party, Surf City sells weekly parking passes and there is a public parking lot directly across the street. Visitor Parking
"Visitors staying in Surf City during March 1st- October 31st will need to pay to park in all Surf City Parking Lots from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. Visitors can purchase an hourly, daily, weekly, or season pass
to accommodate your visit. To obtain a pass use the Text-To-Park option or scan a QR code once you arrive to your preferred parking lot." 1-833-Go-Pivot (467-4868)
Beach Accesses
To get to the closest public beach accesses, you can cross the street through surf city public parking and then can turn left or right to head to New Bern or Goldsboro Ave. Each street has public access along with public parking. The walk is aboit 4-5min. Message me for a quick map.
