Beachfront Paradise 110 is a beautiful Beachfront 1 bedroom retreat located directly on the Gulf of Mexico! This welcoming condo is the perfect escape for guests seeking a fantastic vacation experience. With its enchanting decor and cozy atmosphere, you'll feel right at ease from the moment you step inside. This welcoming condo is the perfect escape for guests seeking a fantastic vacation experience. The condo is located on the top floor (2nd level) with Gorgeous, unobstructed views of the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and Gulf of Mexico. You really can't get closer to the beach than this!! You'll have the Best seat for nightly sunsets on the beach. The condo has been recently renovated, including luxurious coastal decor', new furnishings and linens. The full wall of sliders in the living room let in tons of natural sunlight, plus open to the stunning beach views. The updated full kitchen has sparkling white Quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, plus a Keurig coffee machine and a traditional drip coffee pot as well so you can enjoy your morning coffee from your private balcony. The bedroom features two comfortable queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has gorgeous Quartz counters and a walk-in shower. Plus, take advantage of the WiFi to stay connected, and enjoy the convenience of amenities like icemaker, and the washer and dryer conveniently located Inside the condo for guest use. It is perfect for a long stay during winter months or shorter family vacations. The condo complex is a small resort with a community heated pool, outdoor tiki tables and both propane Bbq grills and charcoal. There's assigned by unit onsite parking and it is in centrally located in Holmes Beach close to the trolley stop. Anna Maria Island has a Free trolley that travels the full length of the island from the Anna Maria City Pier to the north to Bradenton Beach to the south. Reserve your vacation stay today. Whether you're lounging in the living area or exploring the nearby attractions, you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Condo is located on 2nd level, and the complex does not have an elevator.

Our condo has a 2 guests max - we have 2 queen beds. Please do not plan to have someone sleep on our couches.

There is Only One Assigned parking space. If you are renting a golf cart for your transportation, please request a gas-powered golf cart. There is Not a place to charge an electric golf cart. There is not enough room to have a car (other vehicle) and a golf cart.

We offer two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for guest use. We only provide a starter set of paper products and soaps.

Check in is 4P. Check out is 10A.

Note: IF the unit is available for an earlier check in or a later check out, And it has been preapproved in writing with the property manager, there is a fee. Up to 2 hours additional hours are $50 plus tax. Up to 4 hours additional $100 plus tax. Anything more than 4 hours, IF available And approved is an additional day's rental rate, plus tax.

Amazing! Kimberly was great to work with. The pictures are accurate and everything you need for a great beach trip is provided. The unit is so beautifully decorated and comfortable. Washer/dryer and ice machine are just some of the extra conveniences. The pool area and outdoor areas are so nice also. You can’t beat the beach views and balcony for sure. We loved staying here and will definitely be returning!

Amazing stay. Directly on the beach and had everything we needed for the beach! Parking was perfect and communication with Kimberly was fast. The pool is also an amazing addition- super clean and warm! The view is amazing- we saw dolphins every night from our balcony. This is a great place to stay- felt like home!

The rental was beautifully updated! Morning views from the balcony were perfect for dolphin sightings and then evening sunsets were incredible. Great that we were just steps from the beach (and the beach chairs/umbrella/towels were a nice perk) We liked central location between restaurants and shops near both Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Beach (golf cart was perfect for getting around). After exploring other locations around town, we decided we would choose to stay here again!

This place was absolutely perfect for us!! Coffee on the balcony every morning while setting at the counter top height table and chairs....gorgeous view of the beach and hearing the waves! Watching the dolphins swim past was definitely a highlight!! I can't think of a thing I would want changed on the inside of the condo! We were welcomed with a bag of snacks, there's a washer and dryer with detergent, dishwasher with detergent, kitchen was stocked with all the utensils/pans etc that we needed and also a few spices. If you're looking for the perfect getaway...here it is!!!

Paradise on the beach

We were unsure whether to come to anna maria island after hurricane milton but the condo had no damage at all. It was perfect everything you could possibly want in self catering. The condo is perfect so beautifully decorated and cozy and right on the beach we loved staying here
