Whether you prefer relaxing by the pool or to walk 20 feet onto the white sands, this condo offers an escape from the world. With a Kingsize Bed and a Queen Sofa sleeper this a perfect family getaway.

Enjoy your morning coffee and evening watching the sunset on the balcony with Lounge Chairs or a two-person table and chairs, overlooking the sugary white sands and emerald waters.

TurnKey ready with all the amenities you might need. Fully stocked kitchen includes microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Internet access available. Sunny Days

Pros: We enjoyed everyday of this vacation!! The beach was perfect. We saw dolphins and manatees from the balcony. The condo and amenities were exactly as described. Beach towels, chairs and umbrella in good condition. Previous other condos we’ve rented we had to purchase soaps for kitchen, bath and laundry. All this was provided. Only con: bathroom needs to be updated.

Location,location,location!

Lisa’s condo is perfect for a couple who loves swimming and sunsets! She is a “super host” and her condo is decorated beautifully and is very well stocked. Our stay there. Was amazing!

Best Vacation

We have been coming to Anna Maria for about 12 years. This has been our favorite place to stay. The owner responded promptly to every message we sent her which were few because the condo was stocked so well! We absolutely loved this condo and have already booked for next year.

Amazing view!

We spent an amazing month in April with breakfasts on the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach! Stunning sunsets, great restaurants. The condo is beautiful, with the balcony off the living room. Lisa was a great host. The only disadvantage was too many steps up to the condo-my husband and I both had knee replacements.

Location and View!

We couldn't have been more pleased with this condo. We rented a golf cart and used it go get around, but you could easily rent a bicycle, ride the trolley or walk to many places. The view cannot be beat. The decor was slightly outdated, but didn't bother us at all because everything was very clean. Loved the 2 sinks in the bathroom and the large TV in the living room for my hubby since it was football bowl season. Please not there there are several stairs to climb to the second floor. We didn't mind as we considered it good exercise! Communication was prompt and great. Only had to call Lisa once when we couldn't figure out the TV and she immediately responded. Don't miss out on this gem!

Front row view to Sunsets and Dolphins in a Spacious Condo.

Our family of 4 had an amazing week staying at this condo. The condo is much bigger than the pictures show and it’s super quiet! It is located right on the beach and we loved watching the dolphins during the day and the amazing sunsets every night. We had the opportunity to stay during Christmas and Lisa was so wonderful and put up a tree just for us! The condo is comfortable and the master is spacious and quietly separated from the rest of the rental (which is nice when you have teens who like to stay up late). There was a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, noodles, just about anything you need for a great time on the beach. The pool is heated and located directly below the patio. It was so nice to be able to walk a few feet to grab lunch and then head right back out to the beach! This was our first visit to AMI and we loved all the various types of restaurants and shops to choose from! Lisa’s place was a perfect beach getaway for our family of four (with the sofa bed) and we hope to return to make more Christmas memories in the years to come!

Amazing location with stunning views

This is my second time staying at this location, first at this condo and it was perfect! I absolutely love this location, and the condo was really nice and clean. I would absolutely recommend this property if you are looking to unwind with beautiful views.

Property was exactly as the pictures described. Excellent communication with Lisa the owner. Really only needed groceries as almost everything else was supplied. The washer and dryer are definitely a plus. The view was fabulous and the pool was always well maintained. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

Sunsets galore!

This is a great location, centrally located on the island and steps from the beach. The unit is nice and spacious, great for two adults and possibly a couple of small kids. The living room furniture was very comfortable and clean. The bedroom furniture was nice however the mattress was a little spongy for my taste. The kitchen has everything that you need however the icemaker was not operational during our stay. Lisa offered to bring over a bag of ice but it was really no big deal. This is a wonderful location on the beach and best of all not too crowded. Overall this was our best stay in Ana Maria Island out of three previous stays. If you want a comfortable spacious location directly on the beach this is definitely the place to be.

Winter getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a perfect location with a wonderful view of the gulf and a very nice beach. The condo was the perfect size for my wife and I, was very clean and was stocked with all of the essential kitchenware. Lisa was an excellent communicator and very responsive. We hope to return soon!

Lovely Condo on the Gulf

This condo is a good size and nicely decorated. It sits on the beach with a lovely view, and is well stocked with everything. Linens are good quality, no need to bring your own. The beach is beautiful. Just a short barefooted walk out the door. We highly recommend.
