Relax in this comfy, coastal home just a block from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. The Blue Sky Beach House is one side of a newly constructed private duplex, with it's own pool, spa and backyard oasis. Decorated in a bright, beachy style, this house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, 6 flat screen TV's, private heated pool and spa, stainless steel appliances, grill, rooftop deck, 10 foot ceilings and top of the line amenities. Kids will enjoy the bunk room made just for them...and it's an easy one minute walk to the beach. The open floor plan allows for everyone to be together whether you're in the kitchen, living room or dining area and the pool is completely private (both sides have their own pool)!

Perfectly located just a block from the beach and a short stroll to the shops and restaurants, Blue Sky Beach House is ideal for a larger group or multiple families traveling together. It has everything you'll need for a comfortable, relaxing, stress-free vacation. Even an outdoor shower to wash away the sand after a trip to the beach. You won't want to leave!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Blue Sky home. Host was excellent to work with. Check in/out was very easy. Kitchen is very well stocked! Lots of outdoor seating and the pool/hot tube was perfect temp with plenty of pool toys for the kids. We loved that the beach access and trolly service was just across the street. This is the 4th year we have vacationed with kids and grandkids in Holmes Beach during Presidents Day week. This was our 3rd house and by far the best. We loved the convenient layout and great pool/spa. Everything was clean and working. Can't beat the short walk to the beach. We had a small problem working the spa but the owner was responsive and corrected the issue almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 10 had a great vacation at Blue Sky! The house was perfect, everything worked great and it was well stocked with everything that could have been required. A few parts of the house that we felt really added to the stay was it's close proximity to the beach, the garage with chairs, inflatables, and a beach cart, the great pool that was always half sun and half shade, and the front patio with rocking chairs. Really, it was just perfect for all of us! Working with Missy during the rental process went very smoothly and she was very accessible and communicative throughout the entire process, and I would recommend the house whole-heartedly! Finally, it was great to see the entire AMI community bouncing back from the hurricanes last year. For the most part the island is back to normal and if anyone is worried about how it may impact their time on vacation I would tell them not to worry about it.

Amazing Week at Blue Sky

Our family could not have been happier with our week at Blue Sky. The location of the house was perfect. We were able to walk to the beach with the kids and beach gear. There was plenty of space for everyone and the house was very clean. The kids also had a blast playing in the pool.

The PERFECT Beach House Rental

We were visiting Anna Maria Island for the very first time and celebrating graduations and birthdays with family from all over the country. This house was so much like a home away from home and everyone had their own space
 it was wonderfully well equipped in all areas, the kitchen, pool, floats, beach, chairs, and umbrellas. It was wonderfully clean, and all of the instructions were clear to make moving in and moving out a seamless and efficient process.The owner was lovely and always available for communicating when needed

This was a beautiful property 1 block from the beach. House had a fully equipped kitchen and nice grill with beautiful outdoor space to enjoy a very nice pool and spa. Very clean and equipped with everything you need at the beach. Owner was very personable and caring. We had no problems with anything. Would stay again when coming to the island.

2 Young familes and grandparents

The layout of the home was perfect for our needs. While Grandma and Grandpa stayed on the main floor, each young family had bedrooms and bathrooms on their own floor. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes so you don't have to constantly wash dishes. The pool size was perfect and was well supplied with floaties and toys. The garage was stocked with beach supplies - toys, 2 wagons, 2 coolers, chairs and umbrellas. On top of it all, the beach is only a block away!

Enjoyed our stay

House is in a perfect location steps away from the beach! The pool is perfect size with an actual hot tub that gets hot :) Living areas and bedrooms are comfortable for entire group we had of 5 adults and 4 teenagers. We have been to AMI multiple times and always enjoy the island! Sometimes it has felt crazy busy everywhere during spring break and didn’t seem as crowded this year. I’m sure was effect of hurricanes but for the most part everything seemed back to business as usual with restaurants and shops open.

Adult Children Family Trip

We had a nice time staying at Blue Sky. Our three adult sons and their S/O's had plenty of room and the location was perfect! Missy's home was well stocked for cooking and two beach wagons were available for hauling our grand baby, beach chairs and toys the short distance to the beach. Missy was prompt in responding to any questions that arose! Overall, a wonderful home and location!

Great Location & Family Trip!

We had so much fun at the Blue Sky house! The house was perfect for our week long stay with six adults and four kids. This is a beautiful well stocked home. It has a wonderful pool with water “toys” and a lovely deck with a large gas grill and plenty of deck furniture and dining area.We are looking forward to coming back the same time next year!

Amazing Thanksgiving week!

We just spent an amazing Thanksgiving week in AMI. There were 10 of us and the house was perfect for family fun! We were a bit worried about our trip after the hurricanes this Fall but Missy was so communicative with us prior to our arrival and then worked so hard to make sure everything was absolutely perfect during our stay! This home has the BEST location if you want fast and direct access to the beach and the pool and hot tub were such a bonus for us! The AMI locals are super kind and gracious and we were all amazed by the island’s resilience after the storms! I highly recommend this property and a vacation in AMI! Thank you Missy & Family!

This place was a DREAM! I walked by the first time we stayed in Anna Maria and knew I wanted to stay there. It did not disappoint. Plenty of space for all, the pool was perfect for all ages, and the spa was just the thing we needed after a day of entertaining the kids. The walk to beach is easy, and the drive to everything else in short. Couldn’t ask for better!

Great spot!

We loved the house, the pool, and the location. Missy was super helpful, however nothing really came up! Lots of beach chairs, etc. in the unit. Can’t wait to return!!
