Escape to island living at Beach View 7, a beautifully updated coastal condo just a short stroll from the sugar-white sands of Holmes Beach. Whether you're spending your days at the beach, lounging by the heated community pool, or exploring nearby shops and restaurants, this inviting retreat is the perfect place to experience the best of Anna Maria Island.

This spacious second-floor condo features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, comfortable furnishings, complimentary Wi‑Fi, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. The primary suite offers a king-size bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the guest bedroom features a queen bed, television, and dedicated workspace. A sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations for up to six guests.

Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day in the sun from one of two screened lanais overlooking the peaceful tropical surroundings. With the beach, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions all within walking distance, Beach View 7 makes it easy to enjoy the laid-back Anna Maria Island lifestyle.

House Rules & Important Information
• Residential Neighborhood – You are vacationing in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise levels at a reasonable volume at all times. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activity that disturbs neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
• No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted unless specifically approved in writing by Florida Dreams Realty.
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.
• Parking – Maximum of 2 vehicles permitted on the property.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the condo
• Sorry No Pets Allowed
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.

Cancellation Policy
• More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

This condo was amazing even being on the 3rd floor. It was clean, plenty of room for the 5 of us, had a washer & dryer, and tons of beach amenities! We also loved the screened in patios. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the electrical outlets in both bathrooms didn't work. We were close to the beach and having Publix across the street was a huge plus. Overall, 5 stars!

Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely relaxing 19 night stay at Beach View #7 and a very favourable experience dealing with Florida Dreams Realty; we had a couple of issues on checking in and they sent Kevin their lovely maintenance guy round almost immediately to resolve what turned out to be our ineptitude coupled with jetlag I think!!The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. We loved the two lanais and pool which is where we spent most of our time. The location of being so close to the beach, trolley and Publix was also a positive for us. Almost don't want to post a review and keep this gem a secret!

Location. Has everything we needed. We couldn't get the Wi-Fi network to show up on our phones. Wasn't a big deal as we have unlimited data but not sure what was going on with that. Hard to get the shower water temperature to adjust to not too hot or not too cold in the master bathroom. Clean but is probably due for a deep clean dusty behind the beds and in the corners. Loved the lanai's and the pool came in very handy because of the red tide on our last 2 days there.Thermostat complicated and difficult to understand. Had to call for help with that but maintenance man was quick to arrive and helpful.

Everything you need is provided, appliances, dishes, beach towels, beach toys such as umbrella & wagon. The grocery store is directly across the street. The beach is about 1.5 blocks walking distance but there is a wagon to load up all your supplies. The kids loved the pool. You can sit on the lanai and have direct view of people in the pool. Lots of space with a KING bed, QUEEN bed and the couches. Nice furniture and beautiful kitchen. Highly recommend this condo.

Perfect location and well equipped rental

The condo was located on the center of the island. We loved being near the grocery store and Skinny's (for burgers) and we didn't use our rental car all week. The central location made it easy to get around on bikes all week (and not get stuck in traffic). The beach was a five minute walk and very convenient. The condo seems to have been recently renovated. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, there were thoughtful details like a drying rack for wet beach towels. It was nice to have beach towels, chairs, and a cart provided. We got a lot of use out of the two porches and the water in the pool was nice and warm. Overall just a really nice place to stay on such a beautiful and fun island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family really enjoyed staying at Beach View #7. The condo is clean,comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Bedrooms are big and beds are really nice.Location is fantastic,close to the beach and great restaurants and stores. Pool tends to get a bit crowded but it was not an issue for us.
