Island Haven by SeaBreeze Vacation

Looking for a great vacation location on beautiful Holmes Beach? Then look no further. Island Haven is a two-story, private home that features 4 bedrooms (two of which are primary bedrooms), 3 full bathrooms, game room and private saltwater, heated pool. Upon entry, you will find the open-concept living area that features a flat screen, smart TV and plenty of seating to relax after a long day in the sun. Off the living room, you will find the kitchen that is fully-equipped with everything you will need to prepare a full course meal or quick snack. The lower level has two bedrooms one of which features a king-size bed, flat screen smart TV and ensuite bathroom and the other bedroom features a queen-size bed and flat screen, smart TV. Upstairs you will find the game room where we are sure you and your family will enjoy everything this room has to offer. The game room features a foosball table, Xbox, board games, stand-up arcade console and flat screen TV. The second floor also features two bedrooms, one that features a king-size bed, flat screen, smart TV and ensuite bathroom and the other bedroom features twin bunk beds. However, that's not all this home has to offer. Off the living room, you will find a private backyard oasis that features a heated pool, dining area, sun loungers, gas grill and large Connect Four yard game. Enjoy the upgraded private saltwater pool, offering a gentler and more enjoyable swimming experience. This home is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, beach cart, beach chairs and WiFi throughout.

This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. SeaBreeze Vacation strives to bring only the best quality experience to our guests. To do so, we provide a professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. This luxury amenity provides you high-quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. These high-quality linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only hypoallergenic, perfume & dye-free soaps assuring all of our guests a comfortable stay.

With all SeaBreeze Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Included to get you started are the following:

The property in general was amazing. The location was ideal. However, the listing states that a golf cart is included but there was not a golf cart. I called the rental agency and was told that a golf cart is no longer included (even though the listing still says it is). I left multiple messages for a manager and none of my phone calls were returned.

Perfectly Equipped for a Wonderful Stay!

Island Haven was better than we could have expected! It was roomy, clean, and adorable! The location was great, & we had plenty of space inside and out. The pool was wonderful and we felt we had plenty of privacy. The kitchen had everything we needed, as well as toiletries, towels & beach items--nothing was missing!

Our stay at Island Haven was great. We liked the house, it was very clean. The pool area was very nice and private. The beach chairs provided were great quality and there were toys, a cart, and umbrella. We had an issue with our key pad and It was resolved quickly.

The house was beautiful! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We had plenty of bath towels and pool towels. House and pool were very clean. We were close to the beach and the 4th of July parade. Would definitely stay here again!

An overall great stay!

Location is great with a short walk to the beach, skate park, and the north end. The upstairs is fantastic for teens with an arcade game, air soccer, X-box, and plenty of floor space for shinny hockey if you bring your own. The heated pool is fantastic. The Connect 4 outdoor game was awesome. House is roomy. The decor is darling.

Perfect retreat

Excellent location and beautiful place to stay! We have now stayed there twice- once with two other couples and this last time with our kids. Both times, we found the layout was perfect and spacious to accommodate us all and provide privacy. Condo is very clean, nicely updated with a well stocked kitchen and large washer/dryer. We loved the heated pool, short walk to the beach and the golf cart was so fun to travel around the island! We enjoyed our stay so much -can't recommend it enough!

I would highly recommend Seabreeze Vacation Rentals and the Island Haven house. Check in was smooth, the house was exactly as described and photos of the property were accurate. We loved the upstairs, perfect for kids to have their own space, a short golf cart ride to the beach and the pool and backyard space was fantastic! When I inquired about adding days to our reservation, they responded quickly and made the process very easy. I give Seabreeze 5 stars!

We loved our vacation rental and Seabreeze!

This is our 2nd time using Seabreeze and I once again was very pleased from start to finish. Booking was quick and easy, making payments online was convenient and checking out was a 'breeze'. The home - Island Haven - was well equipped, clean and just as described. I requested a new pool skimmer, as ours was broken, a new one was delivered within the hour! I can't forget about the free golf cart that was included with our rental! It was in clean and in great shape, had a Bluetooth radio and was so much fun. We loved our vacation rental and Seabreeze!

Island Congestion

Property was worn and old .Picture used for booking did not really match what was experienced. Kithchen was very small . All windows had hurricane shutters , which did not let you see outside very well and let in little light. Tile floors in main level were dirty to the point of turning the soles of your feet black . Upstairs bathroom sinks did not have drain stops...look very third world. Terrible traffic congestion and road repairs did nothing to help.
