Luxurious ground-level villa at 124 50th Street, Holmes Beach, in the heart of Anna Maria Island, Florida. Only a few steps to the white sandy Gulf beaches without crossing a street.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. Sleeps up to 12 guests. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 4 Twins. Every bedroom has a smart TV and Wi-Fi. Open layout connects kitchen, dining, and living areas. A half bath is located near the pool entrance.

Connectivity & Comfort
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house and pool deck. A full-sized washer and dryer are provided. The fully insulated home ensures a quiet and comfortable indoor atmosphere. Television is available via HD antenna (OTA) and Roku streaming; cable TV service is not provided.

Living & Dining
Open floor plan with modern kitchen, high-quality cookware, and a large cooking island with ceramic-glass cooktop. Spacious living area with big-screen TV and Dolby Surround. Kids can enjoy PlayStation or streaming services.

Outdoor Paradise
Heated saltwater pool with cascading waterfall, sun ledge, and attached spa. Pool and spa heating depend on weather conditions and environmental factors. Pool and spa share one heating system; simultaneous heating is not possible. Tropical outdoor area with ample seating, a large grill beneath a separate pergola, covered outdoor dining terrace, outdoor TV, giant life-size chess, private putting green, and cornhole. Outdoor shower for rinsing after the beach.

Accessibility & Parking
Ground-level design with wide doors and barrier-free showers. Large circular driveway accommodates up to six vehicles, including trailers, boats, or jet skis. Public boat ramps nearby.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, pool, spa, pergola-covered grill area, covered outdoor dining terrace, and driveway.

Neighborhood & Local Highlights
Peaceful residential area – please respect quiet hours, especially around the pool. Enjoy Gulf sunsets, 8 miles of white sand beach for walking, and nearby public volleyball courts. Shops and restaurants are within easy reach.

Policies & Notes
No smoking. Due to documented health considerations within the Owner’s family, this is a strictly animal-free home. No pets and no animals of any kind are permitted anywhere on the property, including for guests and visitors. Any unauthorized animal on the premises constitutes a material breach of the rental terms and may result in immediate termination of the stay, removal from the property, and charges for specialized cleaning and any resulting damages. Preventive pest control is performed regularly; occasional insects are typical in Florida’s subtropical climate. Smart thermostats operate within regulated ranges to ensure reliable system performance. Driveway and pool equipment area are under exterior video surveillance (driveway only).

We encourage guests to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their stay against unforeseen circumstances.

Proximity to the beach was SO nice. Open area with kitchen, dining room and family room was always comfortable. Pool and hot tub were big and we enjoyed not having any lanai. The back yard was much more open.

Great Family Trip

This house was perfect for our family of 10 adults and 2 children. Great beach access and the pool and backyard area were perfect. The house has everything we needed to cook meals in as well. The only thing you need to know and it's stated in the listing is that the AC will not go below 73 so it never gets really cool but there are fans in the closets.

Wonderful time with Family

Amazing property! Had a wonderful time with our family and grandkids. Loved the two “wings” as the little ones were able to go bed in the quiet wing and adults were able to hang out at the pool and hot tub. Everything you need for a great week is on the property. Short 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach made it easy to walk home for lunch. Nice beach chairs, wagon, umbrella and toys are all included! Had a truly amazing week and the weather was spectacular every day! Would definitely book this property again. Thanks for opening you home up!

Family spring break

2 families and a friend stayed here for the week. I can’t think of anything missing- the grill was great, we used the pool and hot tub every day, the outdoor chess, cornhole, and putting green were well used also. The multiple bathrooms came in handy. We loved the large open kitchen dining and living rooms. Walking to and from the beach was close and easy. Being able to walk to food, the trolley, bike rentals was amazing. I would love to stay here again. Everything was clean and responses from the host were prompt. Vielen dank!!

The property and location were wonderful, We had a lot of fun with the beach close by and the pool and hot tub at the house. Only thing that was unsatisfactory was the internet was down twice and both times not coming back till the next morning.

Love the house

Best Kitchen set up we have ever been to. There were two items that needed repair- one being the stovetop and they were repaired on Weds. After that the stay was much better.Please note that the property does not have a flat top, although it was listed. Which usually wouldn't be a problem except we planned our menu based on it and didn't have full use of the stovetop until Weds.The one story does help with my parents who have mobility issues and our stay was much more integrated with them. Those who are worried about hurricanes, know that they can put buffers (?) in place so it keeps the majority of water out.Would I stay here again? YesThe problems we encountered were one offs and not systemic.

Perfect beach stay

We enjoyed our stay at AMI Beach house. It was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 5 children. We loved the pool in the evenings and the walk to the beach was an easy 2-3 min. The house is fully equipped to make a meal in, but an easy 2 block walk to local restaurants. We look forward to returning!

Great Location all on 1 floor

We've stayed at many vacation homes and this is the first ranch style home we stayed in. It was so nice having everything on 1 floor. The short 2 minute walk to the beach was great! The supplied beach wagon made it so easy to take everything to the beach. The pool was big compared to the splash pools that most vacation homes have. I would rent here again.

Multi Generation Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week long stay! The house was perfect! Our days were spent poolside in the lovely private backyard, with a fun oversized chess set and golf putting green...the hot tub was great ...and the best grill ever! We enjoyed morning walks to the nearby shops and coffee house. We avoided crowds and stayed in for dinners, the kitchen was very well equipped! A five minute walk to the BEAUTIFUL beach. We enjoyed many gorgeous sunsets. Evenings were spent at one of the big tables playing cards and games. A vacation to remember!

Awesome House & Location

Really loved the house and location. The house was large, well-appointed, and clean. Loved the pool and hot tub. We had a group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids aged 9 - 15) and the outside area was really, really nice. The location was about as good as it gets - a short walk (2-3 min.) to the beach with virtually no traffic. The beach itself was very quiet compared to other areas on the island. The ocean has a sandbar that you must swim to get to but we all enjoyed going out there and looking for shells. A couple small details to consider: there are no real beach chairs (just some standard web folding chairs) so we rented them from Just 4 Fun Rentals for $18/week each. Also, the AC only got down to 72 which they state clearly in their guestbook is the lowest it will go, however, for some that may be too warm at night. Other than these two very minor quibbles, we loved the house and will consider going back again next year!

Great place to stay. This is our second year in this property and it fit our family needs perfectly. We love the location and the house amenities. The kitchen is great with everything you need. Great outdoor amenities, but many issues with the house

5/5 stars for their outdoor amenities. Great pool/spa. Nice beach cart for a beautiful beach just down the street. But, we had some issues during our stay that I couldn't get past. We noticed our bathroom counter was covered in black droppings. We came to realize that there was an issue with cockroaches (they will call them palmetto bugs but same thing). They were close to the length of my index finger. The property manager responded quickly, but basically told us that they come in when the doors are left open. We didn't leave any doors open. It was an obvious issue with that particular bathroom. Was left feeling like we were being blamed for the issue. Didn't sleep much the rest of the trip! Also, we were left with an empty tank of propane. Property manager said she confirmed tanks were on-site on check in day, then responded the next day that maybe she didn't actually check, as well as other random replies. I get that mistakes happen. Just acknowledge it was a mistake and it would save some irritation from your guests. Outdoor tables were filthy upon arrival. Never could get the back door lock to work properly. No dressers in our bedroom. No towel racks in a bathroom. TV only streams (hard for my parents). No plastic dishware. Only glass with kids around a pool? Yikes. Property manager responded quickly but left us feeling like we were to blame for issues. Never could directly reach the owners to discuss. Overall disappointed and wasn't worth the value.

My family and I spent a week at this property. The house was a perfect fit and the location was great. The pool was great and our family enjoyed it and the beach was not far. Thank you for such a great vacation!! It was to hard to leave and we plan on coming back to Anna Maria!!!

This is our second time staying at this particular property and we absolutely love it. We have been coming to AMI for 10 years and have stayed at 8 other properties. For us, this house is perfect. It accommodates our large family with plenty of room to spare, it is well equipped for long stays and having everything on one level makes everything simple. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk and the house is located close to a few shops, liquor stores and restaurants that are walkable. Publix is a quick drive away and by taking some side streets you can easily beat the traffic. There is plenty of sunshine poolside for those that want to sunbathe and a great covered patio space for people the prefer some shade. You cannot go wrong with this property. Your hosts are also very responsive and friendly. We had a mild issue with one of the showers (was not a big issue) and the management responded immediately and had the issue resolved without delay. This place is a must! We will be back as long as it is available!
