Lovely 3 bedroom duplex on Anna Maria Island, Private pool, pet friendly!

Isle Haven A is the perfect home for you to make memories that will last a life time! It is a dreamy beach getaway to relax and enjoy the classic Florida charm of Anna Maria Island. No street crossing to get to the beach!! This newly renovated 3 bedroom/2.5 bath duplex offers all the amenities you may think of. You will be delighted upon entry in this beautifully decorated open floor plan with flat screen T.V., comfortable seating and dining for ten, just to name a few. The large kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware you would need to prepare meals and snacks. A private office is also provided in this lovely home just off the living area. On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom with a king size bed and queen size beds in the second and third bedrooms. Additional sleeping available off the master bedroom. Unwind on one of the small decks which are located off the living area and the north bedroom on the second level. The beach is just a short walk down the street with no streets to cross. The same goes for bars, restaurants and shops in Holmes Beach. Explore all Anna Maria Island has to offer onboard the free trolley with stops very close to the property. The location cannot be any better! For bigger parties you may also rent Isle Haven B that accommodates 4 people.
Dogs up to 40lb are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes, maximum of 2 pets unless otherwise approved by FDR.

LOVED IT

We were so pleased with our Anna Maria VRBO stay. The house is beautiful with a great location, close to the beach and dining. The house has everything you could possibly need. I felt like I was staying at someone’s home, not a piece part put together vacation rental. Property manager was responsive to questions in timey manner. I would definitely recommend this listing!

Great location!

Great location and the house has everything you need. The only issue we had was the carpets and rugs were very dirty. All of our socks had black on the bottom of our feet after a trip upstairs. The house, pool and location and amazing.

As Good As The Photos

This was a lovely, spacious, delightful property. It was just as nice in real life as the other online photos! The kitchen is so well stocked, we had a hard time remembering where to put away items we had used! (The only addition we would have liked would be cloth napkins.) We were especially pleased by Kevin, the realtor’s Mr. Fixit. He came a couple of times & was just terrific! And the location was great too.

Loved our stay!

Loved our stay at Anna Maria Island! The house was clean, spacious and fully stocked with kitchen essentials, plenty of towels and beach accessories. Only issue we had was the cleaning crew arrived just before our check in time and were there an hour after our check in time. Wouldn’t have been an issue if we arrived a little later but we even let the host know we’d be there right at the check in time, so we ended up waiting in our car for about an hour. But overall would definitely stay there again!

Great location to chill!

This is the second time we have stayed at this lovely property. (This was the first time we stayed on the side with the pool!) We love how close it is to local shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the beach entrance. This property is fully stocked with the two things we all need, plenty of clean kitchen utensils and secondly, a nice selection of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach towels, etc.)to load up the wagon and take down to the beach and set up shop for the day!!! We’re hoping to comeback soon!!!

The location of this property has got to be one of the most convenient on the island. I was pleasantly surprised that almost everything we needed we could walk to, including the beach. The house was also very nice, clean, and comfortable!

Memorial Day Family vacay

This property did not disappoint! Every amenity you can think of. We loved the proximity to the beach, great location. We rented a golf cart which made exploring the island fun!! We loved having our own private pool to cool off every afternoon after the beach. Being fenced in was convenient for the dogs too. Beds comfortable, size of home was great for our adult family & friends. Would love to come back again!

The location is ideal. A block to the beach!

We could walk for coffee, shopping and lots of restaurants. The pool was a definite plus. Plenty of parking for our two cars. Outdoor shower was nice as well.

Great location for walking to the beach. Everything was as advertised. The home is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked. The pool and spa were wonderful to come back to after a day at the beach or kayaking. Centrally located, walk to stores and restaurants. Staff was nice to work with. Would definitely rent again from them.

Great beach getaway

The property manager was great. Positives: proximity to the beach, updates done to the home, pool area, overall a really great place. Cons: AC seems to run inefficiently, very humid in the house at certain times of the day. Pool got very dirty within a few days and the small bugs went straight through the net at the house. Beds are uncomfortable. Would most definitely rent this house again.
