Great Location

The location is a big win for these condos. The pool heater could be a bit warmer as it only really seemed to be working at night. I would certainly look at investing in a smaller bathroom sink and a stacked washer and dryer as well as either a toaster oven or air fryer. No major issues.

It was perfect location i wont say steps to the beach location is almost at the beach just one house front of it after that perfect beach and beautiful sands touches to your toes :)) Management was perfectly helpful and they were always checking on us if we need anything. House was clean and they had everything what we need. Just grab your personal belongings and go there you dont need anything else. Neighbors was friendly. Location was perfect so close to everything. Shopping centers publix beaches, marina everything is so close. I been in island many times this was the most beautiful location but not the best house i wont lie. But worth every penny i spent. Definitely will be back

First trip to Anna Maria Island and the property was adequate, but I will not stay in that specific unit again. It needs some updating and if previous guest have pointed out deficits in the unit, then I feel they should be addressed by the owner. Location was great, but the following issues are what I encountered: Ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn’t work. The mattress in the master bedroom was a joke, A/C was hit or miss, the bath tub/shower liner, and shower curtain rod were rusty and dirty. The kitchen cabinets did not look like they had been cleaned in years, and the cabinets under the sink had obvious water damage, the code lock required you to push the door in towards the frame in order for it to be engaged. I have booked another unit for next year and I’m looking forward to staying in a unit that has more amenities.

Outstanding location literally ~2 blocks from Holmes Beach access. Complex was quiet and clean. Our unit could use some refreshing as patio furniture was in need of being replaced (plastic Adirondack chairs are cracked/patio chair bottom fabric was almost worn all the way through). Would definitely stay again.

Perfect winter escape

Nice setup with cozy 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condos, heated pool, private patio with gas grill and outdoor seating for 6. Beach access across the street. Walking distance to a variety of stores. Mostly quiet except for neighborhood barking dogs. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of nice quality towels. Condo could benefit from new beds. Current beds are uncomfortable and squeak pretty bad. Excellent communication with management company

The location is great. You are right across the street from the beach so very easy access to come and go for lunch or breaks. You can bike pretty easily to everything and the Walgreens, publix and stores are walking distance. The unit could use a little love bit for the location the price is right. Small 8 unit building which was nice. The fenced patio was great! Let us grill out and eat outside. Plus plenty big to keep pool and beach toys. Nice to have your own outdoor space. It is coin laundry so bring lots of quarters if you plan on doing laundry.

We love this property - it's proximity to the beach & the strip mall can't be beat! These units are comfortable and well suited for a family. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. We did have a few negative issues with our stay. Upon arrival, the unit had dirty dishes in it - pasta cooked on the sides of pans, etc. I took photos because I couldn't believe these were in the cabinet as "clean". There was an hair very obvious in the bathtub and there was no gas in the grill. Although we called the property management company after hours- we were given 2 options - walk 8 blocks one way to purchase a tank for reimbursement or wait until the next day. The dishes & gas for the grill should have been checked and properly supplied prior to a guests arrival. We assumed that during a pandemic the unit would be cleaned extra well - not just good enough. The last odd thing is that the 2 remote controls for the bedroom fans / lights are synced. When you turn on one of the rooms- the other turns on as well & so forth. This was very amusing at first and then became very annoying & challenging. We have 2 teenagers who couldn't figure out how to reprogram the remotes! As stated, we really enjoy this property in general and will return to it in the future. We were not impressed with the property management company this time.
