Important before booking: Sirena Del Mar requires a minimum stay of 30 nights. This is a long-stay property — ideal for families, snowbirds, and remote workers settling into Holmes Beach for a month or more.

The game room is the differentiator for families. Ping pong, foosball, and a pool table — the kind of indoor entertainment that keeps a group of six genuinely occupied through a month-long stay when the beach day ends early or the weather doesn't cooperate.

Outside, the heated pool sits in a fenced-in patio for privacy. A covered lanai with a gas grill and lounging area handles the outdoor entertaining. The beach is two blocks away — close enough for daily trips, far enough to feel genuinely residential.

Three bedrooms sleep six. The primary suite has a king bed. The second bedroom has two full beds — a practical configuration for two guests who each want their own sleeping space. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Two full bathrooms. An open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for a month of meals at home. Full-size washer and dryer in the unit.
