This quaint cottage is located "on the beach" - 3007 Avenue F Unit 4 at 30th Street on beautiful Holmes Beach. It is the upstairs unit (1 of 2) with a private deck and direct Gulf views. The cottage is very comfortable and sleeps 4 with plenty of space. The cottage is hidden away on a dead end street away from it all, yet close to shopping and restaurants.

The unit has a large shower, fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. The grounds are filled with exotic, tropical plants and a private guest path to the beautiful blue water and white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island.

There is a free trolley that picks up throughout the day and evening located just one block away. The unit is centrally located between Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria where there are also several shopping areas and many restaurants. St. Armand's Circle, Robinson Preserve, Bradenton's Riverwalk, DeSoto National Park and Ringling Museum all make for great local day trips!

Join us at Holmes Beach for the most beautiful sunsets and experience the tradition of Old Florida.

These are older, charming units built in the 50's that we continually update. Housekeepers clean at the beginning and end of each guest stay.

Can't beat the gulf views and the sunsets....

The overall stay was nice. Luckily, there was no one staying downstairs. The properties are on top of each other and one directly in front of this property. The parking is for two small vehicles on property. The mattress in the “master” is awful. Both of our backs are killing us. It is near public access so the beach can be crowded.

Proximity to beach was excellent. Condition of cottage mostly due to age was not so great. Floors were sloping, outside deck seemed very unstable, slider out to deck nearly came off its track when trying to open or close it and definitely needs to be replaced, sofa & chair in living room could use a good cleaning. Since the downstairs apartment is still under repair from hurricanes it was not occupied. Which was a good thing because we would have had to share the tiny, cramped parking space with other guests. We were very disappointed when a van full of workers came to the main house to stay & walk around smoking & drinking beer for the first 3 days of our stay. Their van blocked most of our little view of the water and we didn’t even want to sit on the deck with their constant presence outside.Dan, the maintenance man, provided excellent, fast service when called upon to address our issues.

My favorite stay on AMI

The location of this place was so convenient to everything. Not to mention the beach being right outside the door. They had beach chairs and towels for my stay and everything I needed inside the unit. It was great having washer and dryer and the thermostat was at a perfect temp all week. I honestly couldn't even tell you where the thermostat was in the unit, I never had to adjust it. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Anniversary

When we arrived there was a musty smell however my guess is from hurricane. Lots of things weathered but that’s expected. We needed outside plugin for golf cart however ended up running inside since all outside ones didn’t work. Overall it was an amazing view, beds comfy, had everything you coulld need. Would stay again.
