Appliances consist of a Rangemaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker, two Smart TVs, a multi-games table, PlayStation 4, a selection of games and books. Outside there is a wrap-around lawn, decking and furniture, and ample off-road parking. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a highchair, travel cot and stairgate. You'll find a shop in 3.8 miles and a pub in 4 miles. Enjoy rural Devon at South Honeycroft Thatch. Note: The garden is not fully enclosed, please be aware.
