Lovely apartment
Great property in fantastic location. Spotlessly clean, lots of room for 5 people. I would advise investing in mats for the bathrooms as a wet floor is lethal! Also, some fans for warm weather as it was VERY hot in the apartment (a heater was left on when we arrived and took a whole day to cool down) and we couldn't open the living room window. Recycling bags would be good too as it was difficult to separate items. Other than that, a perfect place to stay in Trearddur, will definitely recommend and have no hesitation in returning!

Few small issues
There was a lot good about the location but a few things would improve. Access could be a problem if you have trouble with stairs but to be fair we didn’t Property was generally very clean although carpets were embedded with animal hair which could have been an alergy issues for me and the kids. Location was good and clear instructions to be able to access after hours. We did have a faulty kettle but that was soon replaced. Pool was closed for maintenance. Some good plus points. Great views from all sides and plenty of room. In the down side several basics missing, one toilet roll, two small towels no oven glove. Room was up to date but heating was a mixture of old storage heaters that and convector heaters that got very hot to the touch and then stayed hot when off. Not great for kids. In the end it was nice weather so we just switched them off. Some building work next door but in later stages and no disruption. Location great for bay and good parking.

unsanitary property. terrible communication.
We gave the owners of this property 5 days to respond to our complaint, nothing! Our holiday was made a day shorter due to a double book error, refund received. The main reason we booked the apartment was because of the private swimming pool- the hour time slot information is misleading due to corona virus time schedules and social distancing- they needed to make the closure clearer to guests coming from outside Wales- the children were very disappointed. On arrival we were shocked by the cleanliness and hygiene of the apartment! Due to having a broken down car and a stressful trip we didn't want to complain then, upset anyone and possibly be without a place to stay- so we spent the first hour with anti bac and disinfectant, hoovering and making surfaces/light switches/door handles sanitary. We deeper cleaned throughout the next few days. The whole place made us feel extremely anxious due to the unusual times of covid 19 and hygiene being paramount! If the guests before us had corona virus we certainly were put in a position to contract it...... The black dog hair thick through the carpets, up the doors and even on the toilet roll holders indicated it hadn't been properly hoovered- finding sweet wrappers under the radiator in the children's bedroom confirmed this. The shower head was brown with thick grime- I cleaned this, pic attached. The toilets were not clean enough. The unwashed oven glove was dirty, I washed this. Dirty seat covers at the table, I washed these, I also rewashed them and the glove for the next guests. The table, cupboard fronts, knobs and sides needed cleaning- cleaned but I left the kick boards so they could see what they were like. They hadn't been wiped down in a long time. The tray, jug and utensils were not all clean. We used the plastic ware id luckily brought until they had been put through the dishwasher at 60 degrees. The baby high chair was covered in old food and smelt like cheese, we don't have a baby but I cleaned this encase the next guests did. It confused me that they provided a dirty oven glove but no tea towels and a few complimentary bin bags/ dishwasher tablets? We had some issues with the temperature of the showers, it would change to very hot or very cold, we used the bath. We couldn't work the tv but luckily we had brought our fire stick. The double bed has many springs gone and affected our backs, I have dated photographic evidence.
