Strategically situated, our lodge places you in close proximity to a bustling shopping district and a plethora of gourmet restaurants. A short distance away lies the legendary Homer Spit, a must-visit landmark offering stunning vistas and memorable experiences.

Our splendid Cottage and the authentic Log Cabin are also available for booking on the same picturesque property if additional space is required. Escape to our luxurious lodge for an authentic Alaskan experience, steeped in comfort and convenience.
Welcome to our place ! To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests, we have a few house rules in place. Please take the time to read through them carefully and follow them accordingly. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in deductions from the security deposit

Parking:
Before arriving, please be aware that each guest is able to bring up to two vehicles, and an additional third vehicle can be allowed if requested. Assigned parking spots are provided to ensure everyone has a space to park.

Smoking:
Smoking of any kind, including tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and other smoking products, is strictly prohibited inside the home and within a 50-foot radius of the house. This is a non-smoking area, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free.

Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed without prior approval from the host. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and the number of guests should not exceed the maximum occupancy listed by the host. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

Respect the Property:
We take pride in our property and ask that you respect it during your stay. Please leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived. If any damages or accidents occur during your stay, please notify the host immediately.

Pets:
We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in and check-out times should be respected to allow adequate time for cleaning and preparation for the next guests. If you need to make alternative arrangements, please let us know in advance.
