Had 36 hours between flights and stayed here. Very convenient to airport by bus and quite interesting neighborhood. Property itself is excellent. Room comfy and had all conveniences. Recommended.

Clean room, friendly staff. Cosy rooms, we booked the medium rokm for 2 people for 5 nights, there was only 4 hangers for our clothes. There is no real communal lounge space in the property. This didnt bother us, as we were out and about most days and nights. Breakfast was good

My worst stay in HK so far

Saw many good reviews about this hotel so went ahead to book for my 3d2n stay. Extremely disappointed with the entire stay and I will never visit this hotel again. The upkeep of room was so bad (very different from the photos shown) and the room is very dirty as well (especially the bathroom). During check-in, the staff (cannot remember his name) who handled my check-in was not welcoming at all. Overall a bad experience and it’s definitely not a 4-star hotel as stated.

A weekend in HK

Despite being the typhoon season I have been able to enjoy Hong Kong thanks to great location. 5 min from the tram stop, 5 min from the metro station 10 min from the ferry Which allow you a a great range of activities! The hotel Umbrella was also a great addition during my daily excursion.
