This property is the exact definition of direct oceanfront living and has been newly renovated! You cannot get closer to the water unless you are on a boat. Whale watch from your expansive private lanai and allow the lapping waves to lull you to sleep. The sunsets are incredible and you have a front-row seat! Partake in the conch ceremony every evening at sunset. Spend time sitting on the sea wall and watch turtles swim right beneath your feet!

This unit has been newly renovated, professionally designed and decorated. Modern and refreshing, the rustic beach finishes will leave you feeling like the very first guests! All new flooring, designer paint, custom tile work, shiplap accents, and brand new furnishings.

We offer an expanded floor plan with vaulted ceilings...this unit lives large! The over-sized master retreat is upstairs and boasts a king size bed, plenty of closet space and wood-accented ceilings. We have a second, private bedroom with another king bed on the main floor. The bonus loft area has it's own queen bed, dresser and a bed frame that allows you to slide your suitcases right underneath.

Our custom, re-designed kitchen features all upgraded finishes and high-end features. You can cook your nightly meals and enjoy them outside on the lanai overlooking the water. We added a separate bar area with a mini fridge and plenty of storage space for your beverage of choice.

Bonus: we have a closet of beach goodies you are welcome to use!

Compared to the crowded hustle & bustle of large resort complexes, our boutique-style building exudes the feel of understated luxury and a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for your relaxing Hawaiian getaway.

Our property sits directly on the ocean with a seawall barrier. You can access the water through the steps in the center of our seawall (perfect for snorkeling with the turtles). If you want some sand for a quick dip, you can hop over and utilize the sandy beach space at the property directly next door. If you are looking to spread out and spend a full day at one of the nicest beaches in Maui, we recommend taking a quick 2 minute walk to Honokowai Beach Park!

You have the whole condo to yourself! You also have full access to the pool. We also have a private washer and dryer in our unit so you don't have to use the communal laundry area.

Unlike other nearby resort areas, we do not charge additional fees for facility use, wireless internet or parking.

This may be the nicest unit West Maui has to offer!

There will be a non-refundable 10% fee for every booking on this platform.

Incredible Family Beach VRBO Condo

Our family of 5 had the most wonderful experience at this beautiful beach Maui condo during our Spring Break. The property is gorgeous , the location is great, views are beautiful, condo amenities are updated and perfect , it’s stocked with great beach gear , the owner communicates well and helped make our semi last minute plans to Maui simple and our vaca so memorable . We highly recommend this property and hoping to return again !!! Gorgeous unit ! Thank you - our teenage Triplets celebrated an early 16th and can’t wait to go back!!!

Amazing upgraded condo in prime location!

We had an amazing 6 night stay at this property and would absolutely come back! A few minute drive from multiple beaches, coffee, food, everything you need. The place was clean and had everything we needed including chairs, umbrella, ice chests, etc for the beach. I will say the living area is a bit smaller than we hoped as we had five adults and it was difficult to sit on the couch BUT being able to open up the sliding door outside and sit out there without feeling disconnected 100% made up for it. You cannot beat the views here, sitting out there in the mornings and evenings was our favorite part of the trip. Hosts were incredible, responded to our messages right away and were thorough with check in/check out process. Would love to come back soon!

Spectacular condo!

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s very clean, well decorated, comfortable furniture (especially beds), air conditioning worked perfectly and large fans situated in each bedroom. Views were amazing and location was unbeatable. Plenty to drive or walk to and peace and quiet once we got back. Host was very responsive. There isn’t a thing I would add to this listing. Everything we needed was there and more. Thank you for sharing your property with us. We will be back!

Awesome view, beautiful set-up, very positive vibe.

Walk-up to 3rd story. Apartment-wide glass windows onto lanai and ocean. Modern, classy, clean, spare decor that inspires you to breathe deeply. Excellent air conditioning throughout and in bedrooms. Appliances all clean and functional. No real beach right in front, but access to the water for swimming and snorkling, and beaches are within 5 minutes. No staples - like coffee, tea, sugar.

Breath taking view

Third floor corner condo with expansive windows and sliders to a porch overlooking the ocean. Beaches are accessible but not right off property. Plenty of places to walk to for beaches, stores and food. Also close enough to drive around the island fairly easily depending on what adventures you plan to do.

Mellow Vibes

It’s easy to say that Katie has tremendous pride in ownership. Everything was perfect upon our arrival. The layout was terrific for our family. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves crash into the sea wall was super relaxing. We snorkeled right out front, and pretty much had a private beach. Gorgeous Beach front property

This was the perfect location for our family. The condo is beautiful, open and has incredible views. We saw more turtles in front of our VRBO than we did anywhere else on the island. We did experience the unfortunate fires and were not able to return to this condo to finish out our vacation. The property was 5 stars but the host was five stars plus. In the midst of crisis and chaos she helped us navigate new housing and stayed in touch with us very closely - supporting us through a very unfamiliar and scary situation. With her help, we even were able to get our luggage back! Our family will forever be grateful for her kindness and support. Like many, we left a little piece of our heart and Maui and look forward to the day we can return to get closure. We would rent this beautiful place again or any property that Kate and Luke own. They are very special people to us - now and forever.

This apartment is an absolutely dream. Directly on the sea with a beautiful view. The furnishings are of the highest standard and very stylish - lots of attention to detail. The technical features are also top (for example, it has USB charging options for the mobile by each bed). The contact with Katie was very friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this accommodation!

Beautiful view and very chic updated condo

Our family loved this condo. We went out snorkeling, playing in the pool, and sitting on the beach during the day. Our interactions with Katie were great, speedy and very accommodating. We also enjoyed walking to get dinner and lunch down the street. The condo neighbors that we saw at the pool were all super nice. We'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and views

Everything we could have asked for for a perfect honeymoon!

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was! The view was spectacular - not just the waves and the sunsets, but the whales and turtles too! All the amenities you could ask for were there and then some. We had to book same day given a burst pipe in our original condo and Katie (the host) was really accommodating and super responsive any time we had a question. My husband's already trying to figure out when we can return!

The unit was beautifully decorated, darling! It is located on the top corner so amazing views from the side and front. Well appointed - we will surely go back again. Side note - the Managers office was great, we popped in and they gave us free snorkle gear to use during our entire stay.

Wow! Location was truly perfect!

This was a much needed family trip for us, and when we saw the photos of this unit, it was a no-brainer. Oceanfront and stunning re-modeled condo. Well, it was even more beautiful than we thought. We spent every evening on that spectacular balcony having dinner and watching the sunset, and the turtles swimming around in the water right below us. Perfect view of Molokai and Lanai too! The amenities in the unit were everything we needed and them some. We hit Costco by the airport and loved having our own meals and cocktails there. The view was just too perfect not to chill out and enjoy it as much as we could, especially on that comfy round lounge chair. Communication with Katie was excellent and everything was smooth with access, parking, wifi, etc. We LOVED the parking! At big resorts you'd have to walk forever from a distant lot to your room... Here we had a front row spot just a few steps from the stairs up to the 3rd floor unit. While there was currently some construction on the grounds between the units and the sea wall, that never bothered us, and did not hinder anything that we as a family wanted to do. We still easily walked down to the water right below our unit and swam and snorkeled with those turtles that always seemed to be hanging out about 15 feet out in the shallow water. So much fun! Overall, it was an amazing vacay...We did not want to leave!!! Thank you Katie!
